Richard Moore's early Christmas present!

Hey, everyone! I'm back again with lots of exciting news (or, at least, news that's exciting to us here at Sequential Treasures H.Q.), so let me just cut right to the chase.

First off, our scanner issue has finally been resolved. I've gotten a new scanner and am back up to full operational capacity. This means that I will not only be able to replace the images of art I've recently posted, via my digital camera, with much better quality scans (in fact, I've already started to do so), but now new art updates can begin again in a much more timely manner.

And speaking of new art updates, that brings me to the other bit of news I have: A new 20 piece art update from Richard Moore. In this batch we have the complete 18 pages from Chip: Second Crack #2, the original cover to Chip: Second Crack #3, and a beautiful pin-up piece of M'Lady (shown right here)! They've all been updated to our art gallery, so head on over and give them a gander. Any of them would make a wonderful Christmas gift for that one you love (even if that person is yourself). Hitting The Shelves: Gobs #3

Hey there, my fellow art fans. It's once more time to give you all the lowdown on some upcoming work from one of our talented list of artistic masters. Onward and upward....

Getting released this week is Gobs #3 from Antarctic Press and our own Richard Moore. In the third chapter of this four issue mini-series, the gang's new pub--built in the petrified body of a dead giant--is now less a quaint drinking spot and more a reanimated killing machine rampaging through the countryside. Houses are smashed, elves are eaten...and the gobs finally decide they may have to leave their afternoon at the swimming hole and get involved. Expect hilarity and zaniness to ensue, just as you've come to expect from the mind of Richard Moore. And here's some words from others on what they think of it:

Randy Kintz at the Portland Comic Book Show on Sunday!

Hey there, comic art enthusiasts! As the year is coming to a close, there's still lots of things happening around the old Sequential Treasures homestead. So, let me dish on what is going down.

First off, Happy Veterans Day to everyone! Sequential Treasures would like to throw out a salute to all the men and women who fight and sacrifice, so we can enjoy the freedom to do as we do. Our own Randy Kintz is a veteran, so it is even more important to us to take a moment as thank all of those who serve to protect our way of life. You can join us in doing so at our Facebook page, where we've set up a nice little way for you to express your thanks to Randy and all veterans. I hope you will do so.

Next, this Sunday is the Portland Comic Book Show in Portland, OR. It's not only the state's longest running comic convention, but a mainstay on Randy's own schedule. He'll be hanging out in Artist Alley, with some original art and sketchbooks on hand, as well as doing sketches for the fans. On top of that is his usually array of incredible prints, including a new Black Cat piece that is getting debuted at this show (you can see it on our Facebook page, too). But, take note, some of his classic prints will be getting retired after this show. So, if you are in the area this Sunday make sure to stop by the show and see Randy. It is his last show appearance for 2011. You can get directions and more info on who'll be at the show, at their website. Also, if you are very observant, you might even see a certain blogmaster roaming around the show as an attendee.

Of course, if you can't make the show, you can still get yourself some art by Randy from our art gallery (as well as some art from all of our other fine talents). We live to serve here at Sequential Treasures H.Q.

Hitting The Shelves: Batman and Robin #3

Hey there, my faithful comic art fiends! Time to once again give you the lowdown on some upcoming work from our talented creators, that's due to hit the comic shops this week. So, let us get to it!

This week, we have the release of Batman and Robin #3, featuring the inking prowess of Mick Gray, as DC Comics continues the "steamroller" know as The New 52! In this installment, as Robin does all he can to keep his own killer instincts at bay, Batman focuses his energies on Nobody, the deadly enigma from Bruce’s past who has arrived in Gotham and is hellbent on forcing him to accept a new world crimefighting view, even as he infiltrates the Waynes’ personal lives. The drama and action continues!

While many of these New 52 books are getting some nice buzz, Batman and Robin is certainly one of the most praised. Just look below at what some of the critics are saying around the weberverse:

As you can see, the good word on this book doesn't seem to be slowing down. So, make sure to pick up a copy of the latest issue at your LCS this Wednesday. Just look for the cover image shown here. But if you are the impatient type, or simply need more convincing, make sure to check out this six page preview of Batman and Robin #3. You'll be glad you did.

Also, I have an update on the scanner issue. We soon might have a new one, which will mean better quality images of future art updates (not to mention better scans of some of the recent ones we've had). It's not a sure bet just yet, but I'm hopeful that by the end of this month Sequential Treasures will be back to full operating capacity, as far as providing great images of our comic art for sale.

And speaking of that, sales have been... how to put this... extremely dry of late. I'm really at a loss to explain this, especially as we've been updating new art for sale fairly regularly again. With the holidays just around the bend, I'm hoping to see amajor change on this, so we can end our year on a high note. We've even lowered the prices on most of our current inventory. Ben Hansen does BellCon 2011 and more!

Hey there, my faithful ones! Time for your blogmaster to drop some knowledge on you, with some news you should have. Today, it's all about our own Ben Hansen.

First off, if you will be in Ferndale, WA this Saturday, you'll have to be sure to stop by the Bellingham ComiCon. They've got some really good guests this year, not least of which is Ben Hansen. He'll be there with his usual array of prints and comics, as well as doing sketches for the masses. This is Ben's last appearance for the year, so you don't want to miss your chance to see him, if you can. He can be found at table #50 (in the artist alley section) and the show runs from 10 am to 5pm. You can get all the necessary information at their website.

Next, I hope you've all been keep tabs on our Facebook page. If not, you are missing out on a set of sneak peek images from Ben's upcoming story from Moonstone Comics. The preview images are from the pages of Zombies vs. Cheerleaders #5. Based from the 5finity card set, the series blends teen angst with undead horror. This is the first part of a two part story. I'll be adding more previews later this week. So, make sure to check in with the page and get a gander at what Ben has in store for you. Think of it as an early Halloween treat. Part one of the story is due out later this month. I'll be sure to let you all know when it's ready to drop.

Lastly, I wanted to throw out a last minute reminder that the Marla Bea Breast Cancer benefit art auctions are ending later today. As you know, Ben Hansen (as well as Randy Kintz, Mike Vosburg, and Matt Haley) donated a piece to this wonderful cause. Many of the pieces up for grabs are still are very reasonable prices, so you have no reason not to throw on a bid on some of the great art that is available. You can view all the donations right here. Do your part to help a very worthwhile cause.

First off, the art auctions for the Marla Bea Breast Cancer Benefit have begun. This is the benefit's third year in action and they've done a lot of good with the previous art auctions. With nearly 50 pieces collected for this year, there's lots of great art up for grabs with all the proceeds going to help fight breast cancer. A worthwhile cause, if ever there was one. Hitting The Shelves: Batman and Robin #2

Hey there, everyone! We're back with more upcoming news for all your Sequential Treasures followers and some other bits of interest. So, strap in and let's get this show on the road!

This Wednesday sees the release of Batman and Robin #2, featuring the peerless inking of our own Mick Gary, from DC's new 52 reboot. It's father and son action, as Batman and Robin face the new menace of the villainous Nobody. That is, when they aren't verbally sparring with each other. This series was one of the better selling ones from the reboot last month and the reviews on it seem to suggest it is a bit of hit with folks. Here's a sampling of what's being said:

Now, I'd like to do a little something different. Art sales have been very light around here of late and it is something that needs to change. However, rather than my usual tact of trying to come up with something to help do that, I'm going to give the floor to you, our consumer base. I'd like to know your thoughts. Of Comicons and Cancer Benefits...

Hey there, my faithful art fans. Time to once again give you all the latest scoop on the happening around the Sequential Treasures home base.

First of all, I'd like to thank all of those who came out to see us at the Jet City Comic Show last Saturday. I'd like to, really, but folks would have had to show up for me to do that. This was probably just about the worst attended show I've ever seen. There were more vendors and artists walking the floor than fans. Needless to say Sequential Treasures will NOT be making an return engagement there. Maybe the show's creators should make sure people actually will show up to the event, before they host it.

Be that as it may, it still hasn't slowed down our own plans. As since October is soon upon us, so is another event that has become a mainstay for us: The Marla Bea Breast Cancer Benefit. For those of you not familiar, a friend of mine start up this benefit a couple years ago, to help raise money to fight breast cancer. He uses donated original pieces of art, from many generous artists, and auctions them off with all the proceeds going to a research center in Iowa that is working for a cure to breast cancer. He does it in October, as that is also breast cancer awareness month.

Those of us who are a part of Sequential Treasures have always helped out in years past and this year in no different. Several of our artists have donated an original piece for the cause. Here's a list of this year's pieces:

Hello folks! Well, I'm back again with more news, info and new art for sale. That sure didn't take long, did it? Things are really moving around Sequential Treasures HQ, so let's get right to the good stuff:

First off, we've just added several new pieces of art for sale from artist Mike Vosburg. We have four new pin-ups, featuring Vampirella (as shwon here), Red Sonja, Dejah Thoris and more. As if that wasn't enough, we also have three new published pages of Mike's creation, Lori Lovecraft. The links provided will take you to the pieces. Place an order, if you see something you like. It's all good stuff!

And now, I have some convention news for all of you. This weekend, it will pay to be a west coaster. For Randy Kintz, Ben Hansen and I will all be at the Jet City Comic Show in Seattle, WA this Saturday, while Richard Moore and Mick Gray will be at the Sac-Con in Sacramento, CA on Sunday. So, it's a weekend of meet and greet with Sequential Treasures and much of her artistic roster. If you can make either of these shows, please do as we're always happy to talk to the fans. Hitting The Shelves: Gobs #2

Once again, my faithful followers, it's time to give you more news about some upcoming works, from one of our illustrious talents, which will be available this wednesday in all finer comic shops!

Given the major art update we had this weekend, it shouldn't be much of a surprise that Richard Moore is keeping things rolling. Gobs #2 is due out this week from Antarctic Press. In this issue of the four part mini-series, Milo and the rest of the gobs have finished turning the hollowed-out body of a dead giant into a pub. They reward themselves with a fun, refreshing dip in the old swimming hole. Yay! Splishy-splashy fun! ...Oh, and the giant comes to life and goes on a deadly rampage. But the biggest news, is the titles they are from.First is the complete 17 pages to Chip: Second Crack #3, while the rest are the complete 22 pages to issue #2 of Richard's most beloved series: Boneyard (to which one of the pages is shown here above)!

I've been asked many time when interiors from Boneyard would be available to buy and that time has now come. You can check out all these new additions right here. Hitting The Shelves: Batman and Robin #1

Hey there, faithful one! Well, things are really picking up around the old Sequential Treasures H.Q., which is just how we like it. There's lots of news to let you all in on, so let's get right to it.

First off, we have some new work hitting comic shops this week. DC Comics big relaunch has taken the comic world by storm and our own Mick Gray is a part of the proceedings. Due out on Wednesday, is the Batman and Robin #1 relaunch (which features Mick's inks over the pencils of Patrick Gleason). Bruce Wayne is now teamed up with his son, Damien, but what will be harder for this new dynamic duo: the villains they face, or trying to work together? The only way to find out is to pick up a copy. But do so fast, as this book is one of several that has had a sellout at the distribution level and later printings, while forthcoming, will be tough to come by. Just look for the cover shown here, when you pick up your weekly stash.

But that isn't all, as Mick is going to be doing some local shop signings to further promote this debut launch. On the 15th, you can see Mick at Illusive Comics and Games in Santa Clara, CA. He'll be there from 5pm to 8pm, autographing copies of the book, as well as doing some sketching and talking comics with those who attend. Then, on the 17th, he'll be doing the same at Flying Colors Comics in Concord, CA from 12pm to 3pm. So, if you'll be in the area of these shops during these times, make sure to drop by.

Shifting from comic in shops, to comics on the web, we have Randy Kintz's work on Columbia's Underbelly for Darkbrain Comics. Columbia’s Underbelly is a 116 page story that will be told in 5 chapters – first one starting this week – and then with bi-monthly issues to its completion. So, make sure to join up at Darkbrain's website (linked here) and check out what craziness Randy will be bringing to you. You can see a sample page of it right here.

Lastly, if you haven't joined our Facebook page you are missing out on some fun stuff. Of late, I've been putting up "sneak peek" art from upcoming works by our array of talent. A few weeks ago, I gave you glimpses into Batman and Robin #1. This week, I've been putting up some teasers to Ben Hansen's upcoming one-shot from Moonstone Comics called Air Vixens. So, make sure to "like" us and you'll be able to check out some interesting tidbits on yet to be released works from our roster of artists.

A not very "labor-ious" art update!

Hey there, art fiends! I hope you all had a great Labor Day holiday, as we mark the unofficial end of summer. But just because the temperatures might start to cool down, we are only heating things up at Sequential Treasures H.Q.! And what better way to show that, than with a new update of awesome art for sale.

First off, we have serveral new pin-up pieces by the illustrious Ben Hansen. In this batch we have them featuring the characters from Transformers, B.P.R.D., and a really sweet Batman (done in zombie style). In addition, we have a beautiful new pin-up of Ms. Marvel, which you can also see above, by the one-and-only Mike "Voz" Vosburg! You can check all of them out at our art gallery. Head on over and place an order. You'll be glad you did (to say nothing of the wonders it'd do for us).

Also, if you have joined our Facebook Page, you really should. Aside from also posting the latest news there, I've been doing extra fun stuff, like posting up special "sneak peeks" at some upcoming art by our wonderfully awesome rosster of talents. Recently, I posted up several preview images from the upcoming Batman and Robin #1 relaunch, courtest of our own Mick Gray, which is due out later this month. New art for sale and new changes!

Hey, everyone! There's a lot happening with Sequential Treasures right now, as our changes continue. Some you'll like and others not so much. So, let's get to the latest developments.

First, we've just added almost a dozen new pieces for sale today. We have a cover from Randy Kintz, which is some of his earliest work. Also, we have lots of new pages from inker Mick Gray. These feature his work on Batman and Robin, Brightest Day, Jonah Hex, Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne and the Green Lantern Movie Prequel: Abin Sur (which is shown here in the image above)! All of these pages are penciled by either Patrick Gleason or Ryan Sook, so it's going to be good stuff. Be sure to check these out.

Sadly, though, Not everything is so cheery. As you may have noticed, the prices on all our art has gone up. I've strived very hard to keep prices down, but the economic realities just forced my hand. My costs for running this operation aren't getting smaller, but the sales are. However, there is a bright side to this. For now, any order of art totaling $150.00 or more, will get FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the world. That's right free domestic and international shipping for all orders of art totaling $150.00 or more. So, I've tried to lessen the impact of this necessary price increase. I may have had to bow to the economic harshness of these times, but I'm still trying watching your bottom line, as well.

Hey, everyone! Your faithful blogmaster is back to give you the latest news and info on our awesome array of talented artists. There's a lot of stuff to cover here, some of it good and some not so much, so let us get to it!

First off, Randy Kintz's work is making the rounds in a very special way. You recall last September I told you how some of his art was part of a museum exhibit called "Comics at the Crossroads," which featured many artists from the Pacific Northwest and focused on how the art of comics and the graphic novel has had a substantive impact of literature and history. Well, the exhibit is making the rounds and will be at the Boise Art Museum in Boise, ID. The exhibit will debut there tomorrow and run through Nov. 27th. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by and check it out. It's a big honor for Randy and we here at Sequential Treasures couldn't be prouder of him. Next, just in case you missed it, Mick Gray did an interview at the DC Comics blog this past Tuesday. In it, they talk to him about his long career and other things. Best of all, you get a sneak peek at a couple of pages to Batman and Robin #1, from the upcoming major company reboot starting next month. It's pretty cool stuff, so make sure to read up here, if you haven't already.

Lastly, and sadly the part that is the bad news I mentioned, there's still more changes happening at Sequential Treasures. Due to a complete drought of sales for the past several months, and with me seeing no way to avoid doing this any longer, I must unfortunately inform you all that, very shortly, prices on our artists art will be increasing. My costs of running this operation aren't getting any smaller and this is really the only thing left for me to do. As you all know, I've strived very hard over the past several years to keep prices lower and more affordable to allow more people access to the wonderful treasure trove of art from our talent. But economic realities don't cease, just because we want to be nice. So my advice to all of you, is that if you've been eye-balling a piece on our art gallery from a while, but have been holding off on buying, you'd best pull the trigger ASAP, or you'll be paying more for that piece in the near future.

Well, sorry to end this post on such a down note. Hopefully, things will pick up soon and I can come back with brighter and happier news in the next one. We still have convention season going strong and I know of some upcoming shows our talent will be at, as well as some new comic works that are set to debut over the next couple of months. Don't faint, but it's a new art update!

Hello, all! Well, I'm back with some more excitement for you all. It's a sort of bad news/good news/bad news kinda thing. So, let's get started, shall we?

First off, our big summer sale was a big summer flop. I don't want to say sales were dry, but the business was mistake for a part of southern Texas and put on a high drought warning. I really didn't know what to make of this, other than folks aren't interested in sales (which is fine with the artists and I, as we prefer getting full price for the art). So, never let it be said I never bow to the wishes of the consumer. Effective immediately, no more sales... EVER! Who says we can provide "instant gratification?" Certainly not I!

Now, while this might be considered bad news, here's the good news part. I've updated some new art for sale. Yes, an actual art updated has happened (try not to pass out). All 21 pages of Fire and Brimstone #5, featuring the peerless talents of Richard Moore, are now up on our art gallery and available to purchase. You can check them out for yourself. However, this is where the other bad news comes in, the quality of the images isn't the best. As I'm still scanner-less, I had to use an old digital camera to get the images for the gallery. They are not of the usual quality you have probably come to expect (the image shown here is one of the best of the bunch). But, when you've got no money, you do what you can. And that's what I did here. [Edit 8/5/11: Just added today are 10 new pin-up pieces from artist Ben Hansen. That makes over 30 new pieces of art for sale this week, so let's get on the stick and place some orders, folks, as you've no excuses to not do so now!]

'Tis the (convention) season....

Hey, everyone! Just stop by today to give you an update on some appearances by some of our vaunted talents.

First off, as most already know, tonight starts the epic San Diego Comi-Con! It's the biggest show all year and it only makes sense of our awesome artists would be there. First up, we have Mick Gray, who can be found in Artist Alley at table #FF-03 throughout all five days of the show. Mick will have the usual array of prints, plus plenty of original art, and doing sketches. Also, if you are really nice, he might give you a bit of a glimpse into what he'll be doing on the reboot relaunch of Batman and Robin, in line with DC's "new 52" event this fall. So, you need to make sure to mark his table as a place to go at the show.

Not to be outdone by that, is Jason Craig, who's not just doing one show this weekend, but TWO! First, he'll be at SDCC from tonight's preview night through Friday morning. Then, it's time to hope a red-eye flight to get to the Fright Night Film Fest in Louisville, KY for Saturday and Sunday. At both shows Jason will be doing sketches and have some originals for sale, but the big news is the project he'll be debuting at these shows. I can't spill the beans, but I can say he'll be working with that living legend of entertainment, John Carpenter! Can't get to work with anyone bigger than that, unless you directly work with God himself, can you? Make sure to stop by and say hello to Jason, if you are either of these shows. Just look for the handsome fella in the pic shown here.

Lastly, I'd be remiss if I didn't remind you that our massive summer sale is almost over. It ends tomorrow night at 11:59 PM (PST), so you've got less than 36 hours left to save. Hitting The Shelves: Gobs #1

Hello, once more, my faithful ones. Well, as the saying goes, "when it rains it pours!" After being fairly silent for a while, now things are seeming to steamroll ahead at a breakneck speed. After yesterday's big announcement, we have some new comic work coming out this week, from our own Richard Moore.

Tomorrow sees the release of Gobs #1, from Antarctic Press. Here's the basic outline for this four issue mini-series: Gobs are the worst. Just the worst. Don't think goblins'll ever move into your neighborhood? Don't be too sure. After getting kicked out of their favorite pub, this typically vile group builds their own pub...in the hollowed-out body of a dead giant. Lovely, eh? So beware...Gobs are coming. Make sure to look for the comic shown here, when you hit your local comic shop this Wednesday. It looks to be another winner from the demented mind of Richard Moore!

Also, just a reminder, that Friday starts our massive summer sale on selected artists. So, if you want in on the huge savings, check out what's available on our art gallery and then place your orders will all due haste. You won't be sorry.

Hey, everyone! Well, summertime is officially in full swing! Things are heating up all over, but nowhere more than they are at Sequential Treasures. As those of you in the know already know, when summer hits, so does our annual major summer sale! This year is certainly no different.

So, having talking it over with our various array of talents, here's the break down of who is involved in this year's extravaganza and how low the discounts will go:

I've decided to add a small incentive, as any order placed for over $100.00 or more, will also get a special little something from me, as well. I don't want to spoil the surprise, but I'm sure those who do so will enjoy it (and this will even be extend to purchases of art by artists not involved in the sale, as well, because I'm just a nice kind of guy that way).

Matt Haley's left turn at Albuquerque!

Hello, my fellow art fans! It would seem that things have been quiet around the Sequential Treasures HQ for a while... a bit too quiet. Well, we're hoping to change all that, with some major news bits for you all today.

First off, if you are going to be in Albuquerque, New Mexico this weekend, then you'll surely want to stop by the Albuquerque Comic Expo. Why? Well, there are lots of reasons, but none better than our own Matt Haley will be in attendance there. He'll be talking about a project he's working on with, none other than the legend himself, Stan "The Man" Lee (who will also be at the show). Plus, he'll also be talking about his awesome Star Wars fan film, Blackstar Warrior, as well as doing sketches and the like. So, if you are in the area, stop by the show and spend a few minutes with Matt. You'll be glad you did. But this is just the beginning of our news.

Randy "Rantz" Kintz also has something special going on, as well. He's holding a special commission raffle contest. The price per ticket is $5 , with a max purchase of 15 tickets per person. Only one person can win a prize, to keep it fair for everyone involved. There are also incentive prizes, for people to purchase more than one or two tickets. You can get more info on this, as well as a list of the incentive prizes right here. But your time is limited to get in on this, so don't delay in getting your chance at some really cool art and stuff. Of course, if that fails, you can always pick up something from Randy's eBay listings, or something of his from our art gallery, which are just as cool.

I also want to bring your attention to something a good firend of mine alerted me to. There is a benefit to help a family in need who lost their dad/fiancé recently. This friend also has a piece of thier own artwork as part of the benefit. Sequential Treasures has always liked to help out in situations like this, whenever we can. So, head over to the website on this, to get all the details on how you can help and perhaps get some awesome art in the process.

It wouldn't be a news report, if I didn't update everyone on the scanner situation. Well, I still haven't replaced it yet, as sales have been beyond light. Despite this, however, the problem will be resolved shortly. To get this side of the program rolling again, I made a very large personal sacrifice to get the funds needed for a new scanner. So, it will not be long before we are running at full steam with art updates again. Of course, that won't be until after the last bit of news I have for you...

As summer is officially here, you all know that it's almost time for our huge summertime sales event, that we hold every year. I'm currently working out the details with our stable of artists, but will have a more defined outline of who'll be involved and how deep the discounts will be. So, make sure to stay tuned here in the coming days, as I'll be providing that information very soon. Probably be a good idea for you to start saving your pennines now, too.

West Coast Wanderings: More appearances by our talent!

Hello again, everyone! I hope you all had a fun-filled Free Comic Book Day event where you were. Those of us at Sequential Treasures certainly did. In fact, you can see some photos of the happenings at our new Facebook page. If you have a moment, stop by and check them out. Needless to say, we are looking forward to next year's event.

But you don't have to wait that long to see our talent in person. This weekend will have several of our awesome artists making show appearances along the west coast. So, make sure to take note of the info your blogmaster is about to impart to you.

To begin, Mick Gray will be attending the Big Wow! Comicfest (formerly known as the San Jose Super-Con). He'll be on hand, not only doing the usual signing and sketching he's known for, but he'll actually be doing a workshop tutorial called "Inking Comics... Not Just Tracing," where you can see first hand just what is involved in the daily work routine of a comic book inker. This is a first for Mick and should be of interest to all you original art lovers out there. The show is this weekend (May 21-22) and you can get the location and other show info at their website.

Then we come to the Spokane ComiCon, which is also this Saturday (May 21). Both Randy Kintz and Ben Hansen will be among the many guests at this show. They will be doing sketches and have lots of original art on hand. On top of that is their large array of find prints. In fact, Ben Hansen has two new print which will be exclusive at this show (one of which you can see above). Even you humble blogmaster will be there, although as a fan, not in an official capacity. Just look for the guy walking around the show with an art portfolio under his arm and that's likely to be me. You can get more info on this show at their website.

Lastly, an update on the continuing scanner issue. As of now, there seems to be no end to it in sight. With sales having all the robust feeling of a ghost town, I don't know when this situation will alleviate itself. Of course, you can always try to help change that, by heading over to our art gallery and placing an order for some of the great original art that is up for sale there. You support, as always, is greatly appreciated. I really do want to get back to new art updates soon, so please do all you can to help.

Free Comic Book Day 2011 with Sequential Treasures!

Hey, folks! Well, I promised you a rundown on what our plans were for Free Comic Book Day this Saturday. Are you getting jazzed for it? We certainly are here, since it also the event's 10th anniversary, as well.

Sequential Treasures will be at Central City Comics in Ellensburg, WA for the event. I'll have all the originals from our bevy of talents with me, as well as some sketchbooks by Richard Moore, as well as our exclusive prints that we had available at Emerald City ComiCon a couple months back. And, just because I'm so nice and want to get into the full spirit of the day, the store isn't the only one who'll be giving out free comics. I'll be handing out some free comics for kids who show up, as well. But that's not the end of the festivities.

Randy Kintz will also be there with me. He'll be doing sketches and the like, plus he'll have his large array of prints, including his new ones that just debuted at Boston Con last weekend. And the store's owner has some of his own plans, which includes other artist guests (in this case, Jason "Eternal Descent" Metcalf and Jason "Super Real" Martin), discount of selected products, and a raffle for some cool prizes (which you can get tickets for with every can of food you donate to their food drive). On top of all that, he'll also be opening the shop an hour earlier than normal, to give folks more time to get in on the fun. You can get the shop's location information at their Facebook page. We look forward to a good time to be had by all!

But this isn't the only places where you can see some of Sequential Treasures talent. Ben Hansen will be at Docking Bay 93 in Mount Vernon, WA and inker Mick Gray will be at Flying Colors Comics in Concord, CA! So, you have multiple opportunities to see our talent up close. But no matter where you are, I hope you all will have a good FCBD event, wherever you might be. Hitting The Shelves: Strange Aeons Magazine #5

Hello, once more, Sequential Treasures fans! Your humble blogmaster has returned to bring you the latest news on the happenings of our crew of talented artists. So, sit back and read on!

First off, we have some new product that has just been released, featuring our own Ben Hansen. In Strange Aeon Magazine #5, which has just come out, Ben has a short story in it called "Night of the Driving Dead!" Basically, take fast cars, racing, and some zombies and mix thoroughly. It's wild stuff, to be sure. While Ben has provided cover art for the magazine in the past, this is his first time doing an interior story. So, you certainly don't want to miss out on that. The series has been described as "Heavy Metal Magazine meets Tales for the Crypt," which is just about as good a description as you can get. If you are a sci-fi/horror fan, you need to check his series out. This is a small publication, though, so your local comic shops might not have it in stock. If they don't, just head over to the Strange Aeons website and order it directly from the publisher. You'll be glad you did. The wraparound cover to this issue is shown above.

Now, an update on our scanner problem. Well, it still has not yet been replaced. I've had a few minor sales since I last spoke on this, but we are still a long way off from me having the needed funds to replace this vital piece of equipment. So, again, I ask you all to please open your hearts (and wallets) and head over to our art gallery and make a purchase. Your support and assistance in this matter will be more than greatly appreciated. I really don't like not being able to update new art for sale, so everything you do to help can only benefit us all.

Coast to coast with Sequential Treasures talent!

Hey there, my fellow art fiends! Well, it's time once again to drop some knowledge and info on you, concerning the talent roster of your favorite comic art dealership. This time out, we have a couple for you.

First off, Randy "Rantz" Kintz will be at the Boston Comic Con this weekend. It's one of the bigger shows of the year and so we are very pleased that Randy was able to be a part of it. Make sure to stop by his artist alley table and check out all his wares, including a couple of new prints that he's debuting at this show. You can get more info on this show at their website.

Meanwhile, at the same time and on the opposite side of the nation, Mike Vosburg will be one of the attendees to the Anaheim Comic Con in California, hosted by Wizard World. Mike's one of the longtime vets of this industry and has worked for most of the major companies. As one of the old schoolers of the industry, you have a rare opportunity to talk with one of comics most prolific artists. If you are at the show, stop by his artist alley table to say hello and check out his art. You'll be glad you did. More info is at the show's website.

Lastly, an update on the scanner situation. I have to report, that there is no change to report. Hitting The Shelves: Batman and Robin #22 and more!

Hey there, everyone. It's certainly a red letter day today, for reasons both good and bad. Let's start off with the good, as your blogmaster is here to give you the lowdown on some new comics coming out this week, which spotlight Sequential Treasures array of talented creators. And this week, we have two offerings for you.

First, is the concluding chapter to the first story arc by the new creative team on DC's Batman and Robin. Batman and Robin #22 will be hitting the shops on Wednesday, featuring the inks of our own Mick Gray (over the pencils of Patrick Gleason). And remember, after this issue, the regular team will be taking a break to get caught up on deadline, but will return on issue #26 or 27. So, don't drop the title just yet, as Mick and the guys are just getting warmed up for their run. Also, stop by our Facebook Group and check out the variant cover image to this issue (done by the great Gene Ha).

Second, we have the release of Richard Moore's Ladies of the Night one-shot from Antarctic Press! This is a pin-up book, featuring Richard doing what the fans love to see him do... draw those beautiful females. But these ones come with a twist, as they will all feature some to give them a "touch of evil." Sounds intriguing, no? Well, make sure to look for the cover image shown here, when you hit your LCS this week.

That was the good news, now here's the bad: On top of the scanner situation, which is no closer to being resolved since last your heard from me, my printer has also now died on me. When it rains, it pours. So sales, which were already extremely important, have become even moreso. This is a full blown, five-alarm call to arms! Now, I'm not one to beg, but I do implore all of you to help out in any way you can. Buying some art from our art gallery is the best way, but just spreading the word to others and directing them to the gallery would be almost as good. We really need some sales rolling in now, or it could be quite some time before you see any new art for sale. And I do have new art to scan and post, but that won't happen, until these very important computer components are replaced. So, please, do everything you can to help resolve this, because without your help, the Sequential Treasures train will be grinding to a halt. And I'm sure that no one wants that to happen, least of all myself.

Hitting The Web: Vermicide #1 from QEW Publishing

Hello, my faithful art lovers! Well, it looks like I'm back even sooner than I expected. Today I'm gonna hit you with something a little different. It's a published work from one of our illustrious talents, but not in a way you would expect.

Starting today, the one-shot comic Vermicide: Death By Worm is now available to purchase. But you won't find it at your local comic shop. No, it's only available as an e-book from QEW Publishing. This is obviously the wave of the future for comics and so those of you who are technologically advanced enough and have the proper tech gear, you can get in on this. Our own Ben Hansen has provided the art on this e-book one-shot, including the cover which is shown right here in its colored glory. You can get downloadable copy of the comic (for a small fee, of course), directly at the QEW Publishing website.

Then, of course, you can go and purchase the actual cover art, or any of Ben's other great works (or any of the works from any of our talent roster), at our comic art gallery. The cover is still available right now, but there's a lot of great art there just looking for a good new home. So, do your part and pick up a piece or two. And, after all, we still have our little "scanner issue" here at Sequential Treasures HQ. So, every sale is very important right now! As always, your support is greatly appreciated.

Hello again, folks! Your faithful blogmaster is back to give you the lowdown on an appearance by one of our awesomely talented artists, as well as a few other tidbits of interest. Let's get to it, shall we?

As most of you know, this weekend is the WonderCon in San Francisco. It's one of the more popular shows of the year, with plenty of great stuff to see. Well, our own Mick Gray will be at the show this year. He'll have the usual array of original art and prints with him, as well as some previews to some upcoming things he's working on. So, if you are at the show, make sure to stop by table AA-025 in artist alley, which is where Mick will be. Tell him Sequential Treasures sent ya. And check out the WonderCon website for more info.

And speaking of Mick, if any of you were filling out your comic orders for May, you might have noticed that Mick (along with Peter Tomasi and Patrick Gleason) were not the team listed for Batman and Robin #23. Not to worry, though, as I spoke with Mick and he told me that the team doing that issue is going to be doing a three or four issue arc, to give him and the regular team some time to catch up (and even get ahead) on their deadlines. They will be back on the series come issue #26 or 27. So, don't drop the series, if you've been liking their work. There's is plenty more to come soon.

And lastly, I wanted to, once again, update you on our scanner situation. As you know from the last time I updated here, my scanner has died and I don't have the funds to replace it. So, there will be no more art updates, until I get a new one, but that can only happen if you guys buy some of the product we have on our art gallery right now. You don't have to go crazy, but every little purchase helps. So, dig into those wallets and help me to remedy this situation as quickly as possible. I don't want to go for a long period without art updates, just as I'm sure you don't want me too, either. You support is, as always, very much appreciated.

A most important art for sale update!

Hello again, my comic art groupies! We are back with an all new art update, with art from several ofour artists. So, let's not waste any time and get to it, shall we?

First off, Ben Hansen gives us a few new pin up pieces, featuring the likes of the Fantastic Four, X-Force's Domino, and the original art to the War Machine print we had at ECCC this year (and this piece also comes with one of those print, as well).

Nest, Randy Kintz adds a couple of new pieces to the lot. We have the cover art to the Hollywood Highways OGN, from Portal Comics (which is shown here above). And we have a soon-to-be-published pin up that spotlights the ladies of DarkBrain.com.

Last, but by no means least, we have another update of stuff from Richard Moore. Now we have 10 pages from his upcoming Ladies of the Night one-shot, due out next month from Antarctic Press, which can be your's. I don't mind saying that these are probably among some of Richard's finest work (which when you look at all the great art we've showcased by him over the last few years, that's really saying something. You just have to see these to believe them.

Lots of very cool stuff to see, no doubt. So, head on over to our art gallery and check them all out. Then place your oders with the quickness, as I don't expect the best pieces to be around for long.

But, as you might be asking, how does all of that make this the "most important" art update we've ever had? Well, will all this goodness, it only stands to reason that some bad goes with it. While I was working on this update, my flatbed scanner died. After 5 years and a few thousand scans, it is no more. Unfortunately, I do not currently have the funds to purchase a new one. So, without some serious sales in the very near future, there could be no new art updates for some time. This is certainly not something I want, nor do I think any of you out there want this, either. Please help me to avoid this possibility and help me get enough sales to replace such a vital componant for this operation to continue running. I normally don't ask for things like this, but this is an extreme situation that must be addressed soon. As always, your business and support is greatly appreciated by all of us at Sequential Treasures.

Emerald City ComiCon: Post Show Report

Hey there, my artistic fiends! Well, ECCC 2011 is now in the books and history. It was a great time by all account and that includes us at Sequential Treasures. After having a couple of days to decompress from things, it's now time to give you our usual post con report.

This year was a bit different for me, as I didn't get out and about at the show like I normally do. I manned the booth most of the show (like shown in the picture here). This enabled me to see a lot of attendees, a few of whom I already knew. Many of whom, though, I did not. I did notice just how many great costumes there were this year. So, I complied a small catalog of the better one and posted those pics on our Facebook Group. If you are on Facebook, you should check these out (as well as my acerbic attempts at humor on them). Some of these folks really went all out on this.

It was good having Randy Kintz in our booth, as it made the booth feel more of a place to be (which is something I was concerned with, since our booth was on the opposite side of where artist alley was). He sold quite a few prints and did some sketches. A Wonder Woman, Lady Death, Batgirl, and Black Cat were all among the ones he did. But I think my favorite one, was a fun head shot he did of the Joker as a Green Lantern. It was certainly one of the more inventive ones I saw him do.

Speaking of prints, our Transformers jam one did very well and was quite popular with folks. Even ones who stopped by the booth and didn't pick up one, still had nothing but positive comments about it (although, maybe my blasting the Transformers: The Movie soundtrack helped in that, too). I'm certain we'll do another one for next year. I just need to pick the subject matter. Only sold a few pieces of original art, though, but hopefully, with this show growing every year, some of those big spenders will start coming to this one.

While I was at the booth most of the show, I did get out a little each day to get some comics signed and get a few sketches. I noticed that most artists prices are really getting high nowadays. So, I guess if anyone wondered if the recession is over, now you know. Being limited in my funds I didn't get nearly as many sketches as I have in past shows, but I managed to get a few nice pieces by names like Todd Nauck, Erik Larsen, Andy Kuhn and a few others. But if I have to pick my favorite of the show, it's either my Green Lantern by Francisco Herrera or the Spider-Girl by Mike McKone. Both of those were very awesome. But you be the judge and check them out yourself.

I didn't get to any of the panels, or do much comic shopping (although, I did get a decent grade Incredible Hulk #120 from 1969 for only a few bucks). I guess that's just something I'll have to start planning on for next year, because we will be back next year. I've pre-paid for an artist alley table and will have both Randy Kintz and Ben Hansen there with me again (and perhaps even on either side of my table, if things work out right). So, if you didn't get to the show this year, or if you did and just forgot to stop by, you'll have another shot next year.

Our next appearance event will be for Free Comic Book Day in Ellensburg, WA (in which I'll again have Randy Kintz in tow with me). We had a good time at Central City Comics last year and they wanted us back again this year. So, if you'll be in the area on that day, make sure to stop in an join in on the fun!

Are YOU ready for the Emerald City ComiCon?

Hey there, original art lovers! Well, with February pretty much a done deal, it means it's almost time for the Emerald City ComiCon in Seattle! As you know, I've been slowly teasing you all with Sequential Treasures plans for the show, but now, with crunch time upon us, I'm going to spill it all for you right here.

First off, we will be found at booth #1007 in the Exhibitors section of the show floor. You can look at their map of it, to see where we are. Put us pretty far away from artist alley, but whatcha gonna do? I hope you all will be willing to make the trek across the show floor to our booth though, as we have lots of cool stuff planned.

To begin, we'll have several of our artists on hand. Randy Kintz will be at our booth all three days, as will Ben Hansen (who'll be floating between our booth and the "Sketch Crew" tables in artist alley, which are table a-15 through 17). Last, but certainly not least, Matt Haley will be at the booth, but only on Saturday, as some work deadlines will only allow him to be at the show for one day. He, also, will be co-hosting the Blackstar Warrior panel on Saturday at 12:00 pm. You can see it on ECCC's programming schedule. They will all be doing sketches, plus Ben and Randy will have prints and sketchbooks with them, many of them new and debuting at this show.

And speaking of prints, there are two exclusive prints that you can only get from the Sequential Treasures booth. One is a War Machine piece by Ben Hansen. The other is a jam piece by Randy Kintz and Ben, featuring the Transformers, to honor the 25th anniversary of the original Transformers: The Movie (back from 1986). You can see images of both of these prints on our Facebook Group (they both are really awesome, if I do say so myself, and I don't expect them to last very long, as supplies will be limited).

There will, of course, be plenty of original art on hand to purchase from our various artists (not just the ones at the show, either). I'll be lugging over 400 pieces of original art for sale, including some pieces that have not been made available on our art gallery as of yet. Anyone at the show will be getting first crack at them. So, get their first and purchase fast, as I know the good stuff will disappear quickly, as it always does.

Lastly, lest you think we are only about ourselves, we have some really great things to show our giving side. First, is that we are taking donations for the HERO Initiative. As they do not have a booth set up at the show this year, Sequential Treasures has decided to "pick up the slack." It is a most worthy cause, to help older creators in their golden years (many of whom did not have a lot of the benefits and rights that creators today have). In addition, anyone making a donation of $10.00 or more will get a an original sketch card piece by Randy Kintz or Ben Hansen. They have graciously offered to help this noble charity, by doing so (but as with most things, supplies of the cards are limited). And, as if this weren't enough, we will also be giving away free comics to any kids who come by the booth (not to worry parents, they will be age appropriate stuff). But, again, this will only happen while supplies last.

Well, there you have it. The outline for our show time plans. Plus, who knows, maybe we'll even squeeze in another surprise or two. So, I trust I can count on all of you who are going to the show to stop by out booth? I thought so. How could you resist such awesomeness? Answer: you can't!

New Richard Moore art availabe to buy!

Hey there, my art loving followers! Were back with some more news and updates for you, as you like it. So, let's get things rolling...

First, we have just added all 16 pages to Far West: Bad Mojo #1 by Richard Moore and Antarctic Press. Richard's elven bounty hunter is one of his more enduring creations and this now means we have the complete set of page to both issue of her latest mini-series, available to purchase right away! Pictured above is just one of them. So, go to the art gallery and check them all out. But don't delay in placing your orders, as this stuff will be going to the Emerald City ComiCon with us and there's no guarantee that it will all be here after we get back. Place those orders ASAP!

And speaking of the upcoming show, it's time for me to give you all another little taste of what we have planned for it. Well, we're doing something we've never done before at any show and are going to have exclusive prints for sale. These are prints that you won't find anywhere else and can only be bought from Sequential Treasures directly. You can see one of the planned prints posted up at our Facebook Group right now, featuring the artistic styling of Ben Hansen. On top of that, we'll have original art for sale, which has not yet been posted to the art gallery. So, your first chance to view them (and purchase them) will be at the show. If these don't make it worth your while to stop by our booth (#1007 in the exhibitors section, in case you didn't know), then nothing will!

Batman and Robin #20 verdict: An overwhelming winner!

Hey, everyone! Well, things are really moving along here at Sequential treasures HQ, as we get ready for our big convention debut for 2011! But before we get into any of that, here's a couple of others things that we wanted to let you know about.

First off, with Mick Gray now the regular inker for the very popular series Batman and Robin, we've been curious how his debut issue (#20, for the record) has been received by the comic reviewing community. Well, the word on the street is in and it looks to be a big hit with most folks. Below are some of the choice comments from some review related site about it:

I guess we have a overwhelming hit on our hands, folks. So, if you haven't already check the book out, do so now (the variant cover to the issue is shown above)! Get in on the book that has folks talking.

Next up, I have a special treat for you, but only if you happen to have a Facebook account. At Sequential Treasures Facebook Group, I've just posted a few advanced images from Richard Moore's upcoming one shot called Ladies of the Night, which is due out in April from Antarctic Press. It's basically a pin up book, with little verses that go with each image. It's Richard doing what his fans love to see him do. The images shown will be in the book, but you get a sneak peek of them right now. So, if you don't have a Facebook account, maybe this will give you reason to get one. If you do have one, then you need to join our Facebook group. And once you do, you'll be checking out some exclusive content for us that you won't see anywhere else.

And now, as promised, I'm going to continue to give you all some tidbits on the fun we have planned for the Emerald City ComiCon, which is now only two weeks away! We at Sequential Treasures aren't solely about ourselves. We like to help out others, too. So, that's why we will have a donation jar for the HERO Initiative at our booth (#1007 in the exhibitors section). It seems that this year there will not be a booth at the show for this great organization, so we wanted to do them a solid and give them some kind of presence at the event. But that not the end of it. For those who make a donation of $10.00 or more, our own Randy Kintz will do you a personal sketch card piece. The amount of cards are limited to only 30, so it's "first come, first served." It's just a small way for us to help out a very worthwhile cause, which is very close to our hearts, while also making it fun for all of you guys. So, when you stop by our booth, make sure to do your part and help out.

Randy Kintz quickie art update!

Hey there, folks! Well, your blogmaster is back again, to give you more scoops and info on everything Sequential Treasures related.

First off, we have a small art update from our own Randy "Rantz" Kintz. We've just added three great new pin up pieces from him to our art gallery. We've got one of Angela of Spawn fame (shown here in the image provided), one of the pieces used in Randy's angel card set from sadlittle.com last year, and last (but certainly not least), there's the pin up which is going to be the exclusive new print Randy has done for the Emerald City ComiCon next month in Seattle! All of these are great, so head on over and give them a gander (and maybe buy one, while you are there, if you feel the desire).

And speaking of the show, here's another little tidbit of info for what we have planned for you. While Randy has an exclusive new print for the show, he's not the only one who will. There will be two great exclusive prints offered directly by Sequential Treasures. I won't say of what (although, I will post the images on our Facebook group, which is linked in the sidebar, closer to show time), but I will tell you who by: Randy Kintz and Ben Hansen! And these will be true exclusives, as you won't be able to get these prints from Randy or Ben at any shows which we are not at. So, you better make sure to hit our booth at the show (#1007, in case you didn't know) and grab up these beauties, as you won't have endless opportunities to do so.

Hitting The Shelves: Batman and Robin #20 & Chip: Second Crack #3

Hey there, my faithful fiends. We're back again with more news and info for you Sequential Treasure watchers. This time out we've got a bit of stuff to cover. Starting with multiple new comics hitting the comic shops this week, from our bevy of talents.

First off, we have Chip: Second Crack #3 from Richard Moore and Antarctic Press. This is the concluding chapter to the mini-series. This time Chip, Ash and their new friend, the Jersey Devil, all find themselves the target of a hunter, who wants to add them all to his trophy collection. Will Chip and his crew outfox the hunter, or will they end up as a new talking piece over his fireplace. Whatever happens, you know it's probably going to be hilarious getting there. So, make sure you pick up your copy of this book, which Shawn of Cosmic Comix & Toys said is "Sweet, fun and funny."

Next up, is probably the biggest release we've ever seen around here. Batman and Robin #20, which boasts a sterling new creative team, features the inking power of our own Mick Gray, who is also the series new regular inker. You can check out a preview of the issue right here. This is currently one of DC's most popular titles and is sure to only continue to be so with this team. So, make sure to get in on the ground floor to what is sure to be a great run with some very talented creators at the helm. Just look for the cover shown here at your comic shop this Wednesday.

Finally, in our countdown to show time, I'll be giving you some more info on what you can expect to see for us at the Emerald City ComiCon next month in Seattle. Today, I'm going to tell you that your blogmaster won't be the only one in the booth. I'll be sharing it with Randy Kintz and Matt Haley! And who knows what cool things they'll be bringing with them for you all. On top of that, Ben Hansen will also be making appearances at the booth over the course of the show, as well. Benn has his own table in artist alley, but he'll be spending some time at the Sequential Treasures booth, too. So, there's going to be plenty of our talent on hand for signing and sketching. Hitting The Shelves: Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne HC Edition

Hello, everyone! Despite the rumors you might have heard, Sequential Treasures is alive and well. While it has been some time since you've heard from us, that's merely because we've been busy getting things ready and plotting out some good stuff for all of you that will be coming this year (some of which I will get into in a moment). And what better way to start off things for 2011, than with the release of some comic goodness from one of our illustrious talents!

This Wednesday sees the Deluxe Hardcover release of the collected mini-series Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne! Grant Morrison's best-selling multi-part Batman epic! Witness Bruce Wayne's adventures across time as he is swept through the time stream, from the ancient days that predate history itself through epics set in the times of pirates and the Old West, through his triumphant return to present day Gotham City! It features an array of talented artists, as well, including our own Mick Gray (inking over the pencils of Ryan Sook). Just look for the cover image provided here, when you got for your weekly stash of comics at your local retailer's shop.

Now, as to some of the things we've been working on to make this year even bigger than last year, well, I can't think of a better way to start that, than with the announcement that Sequential Treasures will be at the Emerald City ComiCon next month in Seattle. We have our own booth and aside from have all the great art you've come to expect from us, we'll be bringing some new things to the table, not the least of which is have a few of our artists in tow at the booth. I don't want to give away all the coolness right now, but I'll be providing you all with tidbits as we get closer to show time. Needless to say, we are really going to be trying to make this our best show appearance yet! So, if you are going to the show, make sure to stop by our booth (which I'll be providing the info on soon).

Last minute Holiday surprises!

Hey folks! Well, Christmas time is almost here. So, as your thoughts turn to merriment and all things filled with cheer, Sequential Treasures has a couple of things your should know, before your festivities get into full swing.

First off, Ben Hansen will be making his final appearance of the year this Saturday, at the Bellingham, WA comic shop call Docking Bay 93. He'll be on hand for the "Toy-apalooza" event, which is collecting gifts for TOYS4TOTS. For every toy you buy for the cause you save 25% and you will get a free sketch from Ben. He will also have his prints, Battle Amongst the Stars#3 and more on hand for sale. Ben will also be donating 50% of the profits from the sales on that stuff to the TOYS4TOTS, as well. So, if you'll be in the area this Saturday, make sure to stop by the shop and help out a very worthy cause (and maybe get a little artistic gift for yourself in the process).

Lastly, and this is a biggie, Sequential Treasures will be on hiatus starting Saturday and will not be up again for business until after the first of the year. Your old blogmaster is taking a couple weeks off to see some family and friends for the holidays. Besides which, I'm long overdue for a break and some R & R. I hope all of you will have a very safe and joyous holiday and hope you'll be as raring to go after the start of 2011 as I hope to be. Hello, my faithful ones. Well, the holiday rush has officially begun in earnest and the year is quickly coming to a close. But before you get too caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season, I wanted you to take note of some new comic work by one of Sequential Treasures own that is at all the finer comic shops.

This time, we have the latest issue to DC Comics big event tale, Brightest Day #15. Once again, our own Mick Gray graces the book for a few pages with his illustrious inks, over the pencils of the always awesome Patrick Gleason. He is, like before, working on the Martian Manhunter part of the story. The book is in shops right now! So, while you are out gift shopping for everyone else, get a little something for yourself and pick up a copy. And also make the holidays a bit brighter for Mick, too. The cover is shown above, so you know what to look for.

Also, here's a little something special for you all, from our resident Hollywood fiend Matt Haley. This is just a little something he produced and directed. If you are a fan of Superman, you probably should check this out. We can only hope the new Superman movie is half an entertaining as this. Just consider it an early Christmas gift from Matt to all of you.

Hitting The Shelves: Outsiders #34 & Chip: Second Crack #2

Hey there, Sequential Treasures fans! Well, Thanksgiving in almost here and we've certainly got a lot more cooking around her at the old H.Q., than just a turkey. We've got new comic releases due out this week from some of our great stable of comic artists.

First up, we have The Outsiders #34 from DC comics. In it Geo-Force comes face to face with the Olympian. Somehow I don't think things will get settled through some sporting events. This issue features the pulse-pounding inks of our own Mick Gray, on top of the pencils of the legendary Keith Giffen! Just look for the cover shown here. Even better, starting with issue #36 of the series, Mick will be the new regular inker for the book (on Giffen's pencils). Very awesome, no? [Edit Update: Mick just informed me that this issue is the only one he will be doing on the book and will not become the regular inker of it. He says, though, that he has some big news for another project, that made this happen, which he'll let me know about soon.]

Also out this week is Chip: Second Crack #2 from Antacrtic Press. Richard's Moore's latest mini-series, involving his 4-inch high gargoyle, is trucking right along, as Chip continues his hunt for the Jersey Devil. Knowing Chip, it's not going to end up the way he expects it. It's a really fun book, that Shawn Douglas of Cosmic Comix & Toys proclaimed was, "A great all-ages book that will exceed your expectations and possibly make you an instant fan for life!"

Lastly, but certainly not least, your blogmaster spaced it last week and forgot to mention that you should pick up a copy of Zombies vs. Cheerleaders #2 from Moonstone Comics, as it has a pin up piece by our own Ben Hansen (who is no strangers to zombies or cheerleaders himself).

So, now that you know all about this great comic goodness that's out there, makes sure to pick up these awesome books and get a dose of Sequential Treasures talented talents! Also, be sure to come by the Sequential Treasures Facebook Forum (the link is in the sidebar to the left) to see the covers to all the issues mentioned here (plus maybe a surprise or two).

See our talent from coast-to-coast this weekend!

Hello, once more, my faithful ones! I'm back to give you the scoop on some appearances from some of our incredibly talented artists. As we speed into the holidays and towards the the end of 2010, we are also coming to the conclusion of the comic convention season. So, take note of what will be the final appearance from our talent for the year.

First off, on the west coast, we have Randy Kintz, who will be at the Portland Comic Book Show, set for this Sunday (Nov. 21st). This is the longest running show in the Portland, OR area and Randy is one of the mainstays of it. He'll be doing sketches and have his usual array of prints and sketchbooks. But he'll also be debuting a new print he's recently done of Deadpool! So, if you are in the area, make sure to stop by and pick up one of those. You can get more info at the show's website.

Next, on the east coast, our own Jason Craig will be at the Virginia Comicon this weekend (Nov. 20-21), as well. This man, who's rubs elbows with Hollywood big shot and has more than a few stories to tell from it, will also be doing sketches and have some prints available. Just check out the convention's website for more details on the others guests and attractions to be found.

And remember, these are the last appearances these guys will be making this year. So, don't miss out on your chance to talk with them and pick up some really cool art. If you miss out, you'll have to wait until 2011 to see them again.

A "Thankful" update of new art for sale!

Hey there, my art loving friends! Things are just rolling along here at Sequential Treasures, as the holidays are quickly approaching. So, to help kick off the spirit, we've got a fresh new update of art from several of out stalwart talents.

Fist off, we have a cool new pin up piece from Ben Hansen, featuring the Savage Dragon. Then, we have a couple of unpublished pages from Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash 2 from Jason Craig. And finally, we have a batch of new stuff from inker Mick Gray, which featrues the pencils of folks like Barry Kitson, Ryan Sook, Lee Bermejo and others, on titles like Hawkman (one of those pages is shown here), Lex Luthor: Man of Steel, Legion of Super-Heroes and more! So, as you can tell there's a lot to see. So, stop by the art gallery and check it all out. Then, place your order. This is likely to be one of the (if not THE) last art updates from up for the year, so you'd do well to get your orders in promptly.

See Mick Gray in San Jose... this Saturday!

Hey, everyone! You blogmaster is back to give you the scoop on some happenings at Sequential Treasures H.Q., because you know we just keep things rolling around here.

First off, we have another appearance by one of out illustrious creators. This Saturday, Mick Gray will be at the San Jose Comics Festival. It a small event that is held in the area a few times a year. This one is the last one they will be holding this year. It also will be Mick's last appearance for the year, too. He'll' be there all day doing sketches, selling some of his originals, and talking comics (including some details on some upcoming projects that I'll be mentioning here shortly). Then, we have the news of some art donated by our own Randy Kintz to help benefit the Inkwell Awards. This award is to help recognize the contributions and skills of comic inkers, who often get overlooked. Randy has donated a sketch cover piece, featuring the merc-with-a-mouth, Deadpool. It's on a sketch cover edition to the Marvels Project #1 and is being auctioned on eBay right now. Make sure to place a bid and help out a very worthy cause.

Hello again, my minions of comic art goodness! Well, the year is quickly speeding to its close, as we have less than two months left in 2010. In fact, this weekend you have multiple opportunities to see some of our awesome creators in person. Here's the 4-1-1 on where and when...

First off, that bastion of horror artistry, Jason Craig, will be at the Memphis Comic and Fantasy Convention. This is a two day event, but unlike most show that would be Saturday and Sunday, this one is Friday and Saturday (Nov. 5th and 6th, respectively). Jason will, of course, be signing comic and doing sketches for fans, but he's also bringing some new horror related prints with him, which will be unveiled at the show. I asked him what they were, but he wanted to stay tight-lipped on this. So, you'll just have to make sure to stop by and check them out. Here's the show's website, where you can get all the details on the location and other guests.

As if that wasn't enough excitement for you, both Randy Kintz and Ben Hansen will be at the Bellingham Comicon, which is also this Saturday, as well. Both of them will be sketching and bringing there usually large bounty of prints and sketchbooks. This will also be Ben's last show appearance for the year, too. Hitting The Shelves: Brightest Day #12

Hi-ho, all! Time to, once again, drop some info on some new comic book goodness due out this week, which features some of the artistic skills of Sequential Treasures roster of talent.

Coming out at all comic shops everywhere this Wednesday is Brightest Day #12, the latest chapter in the big event going on at DC. As those of you who've been following it know, these books are usually worked on by multiple artists. Well, our own Mick Gray got to ink a few pages in this issue, over the pencils of Patrick Gleason, on the Martian Manhunter part of the tale. According to Mick, it features a somewhat intimate moment between J'Onn and the female green martian. Just make sure to be looking for the cover shown here, when you pick up your weekly batch of comics this week. You'll thank me later.

Also, I have a couple other tidbits for you. First off, is to give a reminder to you that the Marla Bea Benefit comic art auctions, to help raise funds to fight breast cancer, ends tomorrow. Several of our artists did their part in creating an original sketch.pin up piece for the auction, so make sure to do yours and bid on them. Hello, once again, my faithful minions! The hectic pace of October continues here at Sequential Treasures, as I tell you of an upcoming appearance by one of our own.

This weekend, October 15-17, is Wizard World New England in Boston, MA. It is one of the last big shows of the 2010 convention season. As with all Wizard World shows, this one is jam packed with guests galore. one of them is our own Randy Kintz, who will be attending. He will have his usual array of prints and his new 2010 sketchbooks with him, as well as be doing sketches for those lucky enough to request them. The event will be held at the JOHN B. HYNES VETERANS MEMORIAL CONVENTION CENTER. To get more info on the other guests and events there, as well as ticket information, just head over to the show's website.

Hello, everyone. I promised you yesterday I had some very special and important news for you all.

As we all know, October is the month for scares and horror, but it isn't just those we get from Halloween ghosts and goblins. There's also the real horror of deadly diseases, like breast cancer, which is why October is also breast cancer awareness month. This disease will touch millions of lives this year and that is why Sequential Treasures and her artistic roster want to try and help.

To that effect, we are working with The Marla Bea Benefit. This annual event reaches out to the comic book creative community and asks them to donate original pieces of art, in the hope of finding a cure. All artists involved create an original sketch/pin up of a strong female character from comics and add in the pink breast cancer awareness ribbon or the the color pink. We help out last with this event and we are doing so again this year. All the donated art are now being auctioned off on eBay. Our own Mick Gray, Randy Kintz, and Ben Hansen have generously donated an original piece for the cause. Last year they raised over $4,200.00 for the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. We'd like to see that record broken this year and that's where you come in.

By bidding on these pieces, you are helping to generate funds to help find a cure for this terrible disease. All proceeds from the auctions go to the Holden Center, so please bid high and bid often. With your help we can help make a difference in the lives of women and their families everywhere. This is certainly a most worthy cause to fight for!

Salutations, my friends! I'm back once again to give you the info on on a new comic work, ready to hit the comic racks, which features art by one of Sequential Treasures solid stable of talent.

This Wednesday will see the release of Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne #5 (of 6) in comic shops across the globe! That's right the delayed and long awaited penultimate chapter to this tale is finally coming out. In this issue, as Bruce Wayne struggles through the timestream to get back to his time, he ends up in 1930's Gotham City. It is a very noir setting and this issue features the amazing artistry of Ryan Sook, with inks by our own Mick Gray. The two have worked together in the past, so if you've seen their work before, you know you can expect a great visual treat. So, when you head out for your weekly stash of comic awesomeness, make sure to pick up a copy of this issue. Just look for the cover image shown here. Hey, folks! I'm back once more, with info on an event appearance by one of our own talented artists.

As we all know, October is the month when our thoughts turn to the dark and scary. It is the time of Halloween and all things horrific. With that in mind, if you are in the area, make sure to stop by the Eerie Horror Film Festival in Eerie, PA this weekend. The hardest working man in comics, Jason Craig, is one of the guests. Fresh off his trip to Texas last weekend, Jason is doing a little globe-trotting to meet and greet the fans. He'll have some cool new prints at this show, as well as doing sketches. He'll also be bringing some of his art from the second Jason vs. Freddy vs. Ash mini-series. This is a four day event, running from the 7th until the 10th, and Jason will be there for all four days. This is the seventh year for this show, which has lots of great guests from comics, film and television. You can get all the details on where the show is and who else is there at their website. Of course, if you can't make the show, you can always pick up some of Jason art from us at our art gallery.

More than just comics, this show runs the gamut of pop culture, including sci-fi, horror, movies, toys and lost more. The show time runs from 10 am to 6 pm. Hitting The Shelves: Chip: Second Crack #1

Hello again, my faithful ones! I'm here once more, to give you all the lowdown on what's happening at Sequential Treasures HQ. As Fall has officially fell, the changing season also brings about some colorful events soon to come here.

First off, Jet City ComiCon was nice. Saw a few friends, bought a few comics and even got a couple sketches. It was a really nice day, as it felt good to be a mere attendee for a change (although I'll probably get a table there next year). I hope any of you who went had yourselves a good time (and also made sure to stop by Randy Kintz and Ben Hansen's tables, too).

Now, though, it is time to inform you all that the next mini-series for Richard Moore's all-ages series "Chip" will be found in all finer comic establishments this coming Wednesday. Chip: Second Crack #1, from Antarctic Press, picks up right where we left off from the first mini-series. Chip is still determined to become the scariest gargoyle statue around, even though he's only four inches tall. The new mini-series will be filled with the same sense of humor and light-hearted feeling as the previous one. So, if you liked the first one (and who didn't?), you need to be sure to pick up this one. Just look for the cover displayed above.

Sequential Treasures to rule the Jet City ComiCon this Saturday!

Hello, once more, my art loving fiends! I'm back again to bring you more news on the goings-on at Sequential Treasures HQ, where we are always cooking up cool stuff for all of you. It's been a pretty quiet month this September, but that's only because we are catching out breath until the next big wave of excitement.

This Saturday is the 1st annual Jet City ComiCon in Seattle, WA. This new show is really starting thing off right, as they've asked several of Sequential Treasures own roster of talent to appear (which they were more than happy to do so). Ben Hansen, Randy Kintz and Matt Haley will all be in attendance at the event. Ben Hansen has even produce an exclusive limited edition print for the show, featuring Jet City's "Bomber Girl" mascot. Mean while Randy Kintz has a couple of new prints, featuring the ladies of DC Comics, as well as his new 2010 sketch books, which are being unveiled at the show. And, of course, all of them will be doing sketch for the masses. You can see pictures of the new prints and other exclusive items at our Facebook Forum, while you can get the full lowdown on the show (and the other guests to be there) at their website. Your semi-humble blogmaster will also be there, but not in an official capacity, just as a fan. But if you happen to catch me drifting about, make sure to say hello.

Randy Kintz becomes "Museum Worthy!"

Hey there, folks! I got a little something different from the usual news and info I generally give you all. It isn't about new art for sale, interviews, reviews, or appearances by the talent (at least, not in the traditional sense). Today's news a little something special.

Starting tomorrow, the Maryhill Museum in Goldendale, WA will be hosting a new exhibit called "Comics at the Crossroads." It will be spotlighting the changing face and importance of comic art over the last few decades, in both pop culture and the mainstream artistic purview, as it spotlights the large concentration of comic artists in the region. Here's the description of what this exhibit is all about:

"In recent years comics have moved from the cultural fringes into the artistic and literary mainstream. The Pacific Northwest is home to a growing community of comic artists, including more than half a dozen major comic publishing houses and many smaller ones. The exhibition Comics at the Crossroads: Art of the Graphic Novel examines this vibrant and evolving art form with a focus on 40 Northwest artists who are established stars and emerging lights in the comic art universe.

The exhibition features previously published and unpublished works, such as sample page spreads and book covers, along with related toys."

Of the 40 artists, Sequential Treasures own Randy "Rantz" Kintz is among them. A page from one of the issues of the Jason and the Argonauts mini-series he did for Bluewater Comics a few years ago, will be a part of the display. All of us here couldn't be prouder of him and hope that this will serve as an example to many outside of the comic community, that comic art is first and foremost just that: Art! So, if you are going to be in the area tomorrow (or anytime within the next couple of months, while the display will be shown) make an effort to check it out. This is certainly a great honor, not only for Randy and the other artists, but for comic art lovers of all kinds!

The latest Richard Moore art for sale!

Hello, my faithful art lovers! Well, with the end of the summer, things have quieted down a little bit around here, but don't expect that to last, as that only means we are plotting more bigger and awesome stuf to come to finish out 2010!

Today, though, it simply another great update of art from our own workhorse, Richard Moore. This update batch is the complete 22 page story called M'Lady: Don't Tease (a page os which is shown above). See what happens when Richard's naughty princess runs afoul of a PETA-minded wizard, after she torments some small woodland creatures. Needless to say, the lesson shw learns isn't quite what you would think. Be forewarned, though, that this is one of Richard's adult-themed stories, so the art is NSFW and not meant for kids. Still, for those of you who are able to view it safely, just head over to our art gallery. Then, place your orders fast, because the last few updates of Richard's stuff have had a very short shelf-life.

Hey there, once again, my fellow art fans! Time to drop a quick bit of info to you on an appearence by comic inker extraordinaire, Mick Gray!

Seems he got a last minute invite to the Sac-Con is Sacramento, CA. The show it scheduled for this Sunday. Asside from the usualy stuff, there will also be a costume contest, an art contest, and some other surprises. Mick will be on hand with some original art he's selling, as well as the fact he'll be doing some sketches, too. This is the longest running comic related show in that area, so if you are around there, make sure to stop by and show Mick some love (and some cash, too). This, is on top of having our instore siging and sketch event with Randy Kintz today in Yakima, WA. Your blogmaster will also be there with lots of original art for sale at that event, so it looks to be a busy weekend for Sequential Treasures and our talent.

Today, I bring you news of yet another great talent which has join the artistic stables here. A longtime player who's been a part of the comics scene for over three decades. Take a moment and get to know about the man, they myth, the legend, Mike Vosburg:

"Born in the cold and gloomy confines of Michigan, fantasy and escapism were a natural retreat for Mike. Comics of all sorts - westerns, funny animal, horror and even costumed heroes- were his introduction to literature and art. He soon moved up to the illustrations of N.C. Wyeth and the the stories of Sax Rohmer, Dashiel Hammet, Raymond Chandler, The Twilight Zone and anything else that caused a chill to run down his spine. While his mom had banned TV from the household there were weekly trips to the movies (usually with a bag of his dad's homemade popcorn). Bob Hope, Randolph Scott, Danny Kaye and occasionally some bit of brilliance from Hitchcock filled his life. All of this was a drug that lifted you above the mundane experiences of life. Storytelling was a religion, and Mike wanted to be a high priest.

While he had virtually no formal art training Mike did have several jobs that helped him prepare for a career in art. As a library page he learned how to do research; as worker on the line in a bus factory he learned how to assemble and put together a project; as a schoolteacher he learned how to educate both himself and his clients; as a basketball coach he learned it's all about teamplay; and as a janitor he learned how to clean up after someone else.

As a teenage Mike edited and produced the fanzine Masquerader, which introduced him to many of his cohorts in the comic book world and helped jump start his career. He worked for Marvel and DC for a number of years, on books like Cloak & Dagger, Savage She-Hulk, Starfire, World's Finest Comics, Ms. Marvel and many more, until moving to LA in the mid 80's where he branched out into the fields of animation, advertising and film. He has produced artwork for the LA Museum of Tolerance, has drawn the entire run of cover inserts for the HBO Tales
from the Crypt series, won an Emmy as a director on the HBO animated series Spawn. Besides any number of advertising projects he has done storyboards for a number of music videos for the like of Emimem, Marilyn Manson and Gwen Stefani. Most recently Mike has storyboarded The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Prince
Caspian and Journey to the Center of the Earth.

In his spare time "Voz" continues to attend weekly figure drawing courses, as well as produce painted art, still shoots baskets in his back yard and continues to create and produce his own comic book graphic novels Lori Lovecraft (a cover of one of those issues is shown here) and Retrowood."

So, as you can see, Mike has had a very long career and it's not over yet. We here at Sequential Treasures are beyond pleased to be working with an artist of Mike's caliber, both in skill and reputation. We will have some of Mike's art for sale very shortly, so make sure to keep tabs at our art gallery for that update in the future.

Hey everyone! Time to give you the lowdown on a new update of original art for sale from one of Sequential Treasures reliable stable of artists. This time, we have a new batch from that perennial favorite, Richard Moore!

In this update, we have two complete short stories from Richard's adult themed works. So, take note, this stuff is not meant for kids and in certainly NSFW. You have been warned. We have the 10-page tale of "The Pound: Hot Pursuit" (one of which is shown here), as well as the original 8-page story that introduced us to "Fire and Brimstone." Lastly, I have a small update on Richard's health. The sinus infection that prevented him from going to San Diego ComiCon is starting to clear up. The anti-biotics Richard is currently on is helping him to finally shake the bug and his doctor doesn't think it will be necessary to puncture his eardrum to remove the fluid build-up. So, good news all around. Also, Richard and his wife wanted me to extend their appreciation for all the well-wishing folks have sent their way. It actually helped them to know so many folks care about Richard's well-being. You guys are the best!

Artist Bio: Mick Gray

Hey, folks, I'm back again, with more big news for you all. So, I hope you are sitting down while you read this. Since the last post marked the first 100 posts of this blog, what would be the best way to start off the next 100 blog entries? Why with an artist bio, of course. So, let me now give you the rundown on the newest talent to enter the Sequential Treasures fold. I give you, comic inker extraordinaire: Mick Gray!

"Mick Gray grew up wanting to be an artist and car designer. At the suggestion of his father, Mick became a draftsman, getting on the job training at 16 and an Associates Degree in Technical Illustration at 20. He created spec sheets, illustrated textbooks and designed packaging for electronics companies. In his early 20s he started his own business, Draftecnix. It was by a sheer
twist of fate that he became a comic book inker.

In 1988 his best friend suggested him to local comic book publisher, Dan Vado of Slave Labor Graphics. On a whim Mick brought down his portfolio of technical illustrations. He was instantly hired to ink backgrounds like buildings and cars on SLG books such as Hero Sandwich, The Griffin and Bloodlust.

When Dan's book The Griffin was recreated by DC Comics, Mick was asked to
assist the new inker Mark McKenna. This began a 6 year partnership and intensive
training at both DC and Marvel Comics. Mick assisted other inkers for years before gaining the confidence to get his own projects. Soon editors at Marvel and DC were calling him.

Mick is now an Eisner Award winning inker and has worked continuously for DC comics for over 20 years, along with some of the most talneted and recoginzed names in comics, on projects such as the Son Of Superman hardcover (J.H. Williams III), Supergirl And The Legion Of Super-Heroes (Barry Kitson), Zatanna (Ryan Sook), Promethea and Chase (J.H. Williams III), Batman Confidential (Rags Morales), Teen Titans Go! (Alexander Serra), The Joker hardcover (Lee Bermejo), JSA: Kingdom Come (Fernando Pasarin and Dale Eaglesham) and The Shield (Marco Rudy). And this is only some of his tremendously large body of work.
Mick's current project to inking over his old pal, Ryan Sook again on The Return of Bruce Wayne #5, as well as some future works he can't quite talk about right now.

In 2009 Mick published his first children's book, Al B. Mouse's Abecedarium, which had a print run of only 200 copies and is available through his website http://www.mickgray.net/."

So, as you can see, we have a bona fide star here and we at Sequential Treasures are very happy to have him on-board. Massive art update from Sequential Treasures!

Hello again, my faithful ones! I'm back to make your summer just a wee bit hotter for you. You may recall, that I noted to you yesterday that I had a HUGE update of original art for sale coming, but that it wasn't by the usual band of artists you've come to know at Sequential Treasures. Well, the art has just dropped and is now available to purchase. As for the big mystery on who the art is by, well wonder no more, as I can reveal to you the names: Steve McNiven and ChrisCross!

Yep, you are reading that correctly. One of the most stylized artists and one of the most popular artists in the industry today, and we now have some of their original art for sale. I recently had the chance to acquire over 50 pages of originals by these guys. It was such a good deal, I just couldn't let it slip away. In this gigantic batch of art, we have almost a dozen pages by ChrisCross, from the short-lived DC series Xer0. Also, we have over 40 pages of art by Steve McNiven from his CrossGen days, from the titles Meridian (one the pages of which is shown right here) and Ruse: Archard's Agents: Deadly Dare one-shot (and these including a couple of breath-taking double page spreads and some incredible splash pages). Even better, all of these are priced to move! You all know Sequential Treasures has always made making original art affordable a top priority. So, you can own some art by these modern-day masters and not break your bank account to do it. Just head over to the art gallery and check out all this awesomeness for yourself. See Jason Craig at the 2010 Fright Night Film Fest this weekend!

Hey, everyone! Well, we are heading right into the "dogs days of summer," but the temperature outside won't help prevent your blood from turning cold with horror, after you read today's news! That's because our own Jason Craig will be at the 2010 Fright Night Film Fest in Louisville, KY from July 30th-August 1st. Looks like you can never get the Halloween spirit kicked off too soon.

This is the sixth time for this annual event, where all things dark and horrific are brought up into the light. You can get all the full details of what's going down there at their official website. So, if you are going to be in that area this weekend, make sure to stop by artists alley there and say hello to Jason. He'll have prints on hand for sale, as well as be doing some sketches, too.

A big new art for sale update from Sequential Treasures!

Hey, gang! Well, even with our massive sale having just ended, as well as being in the midst of SDCC action, we here at Sequential Treasures HQ aren't slowing things down for a second. I promised you a update of new art available was coming soon and here it is!

From Richard Moore we have a couple of mature short stories, featuring his naughty princess creation, M'Lady. One of them was published and the other not. On top of that, we have a handful of character study pin ups, featuring character from another of Richard's creations, The Pound.

Not to be outdone, both Ben Hansen and Randy Kintz have also made available several cool pin up pieces, featuring characters like Batgirl, X-23, Skrull Elektra (shown here), Snake Eyes and much more. In all almost 30 new pieces are now up and ready to find new homes. So, do your part. Go check them out and place your orders.

Sequential Treasures talent at San Diego ComiCon!

Hello again, my art loving fiends. Well, with it being near the end of July, there's only one thing on most comic art lovers minds: San Diego ComiCon! Well, it's no different here, either. Unfortunately, your blogmaster will not be able to attend, but some of our stalwart artists will be there. So, here's the lowdown for you all, so you can be sure to see them in person.

First off, Matt Haley will be at Booth 2000 (otherwise know as the Bad Ass booth). He'll be there with "Bad Ass" writer, Ben Thompson. Matt will be attending all four days and will be doing a limited number of commissions at the show. Matt has assured me that the commissions taken at the show will be completed by the end of the show. So, make sure to get to that booth early to get on the short list for that.

Sadly, I have to report that Richard Moore, who was scheduled to be signing at the NBM Publishing booth (Booth 1528, for those who wish to know), will not be able to attend. He's unfortunately come down with a serious sinus infection and cannot make it. I'm sure you'll wish to extend your sympathies and hope for him to have a speedy recovery.

And lastly, today is also the final day of our massive "Summer Madness" sale. At 11:59 pm (PST) tonight, you will no longer be able to get the awesome discounts from our participating artists. So, don't waste these final hours and let these awesome savings pass you by. Miss out and it'll be some time before you have another shot. Just head over to our art gallery and place that order now!

Hey everyone! After one really hectic week, last week was pretty quiet. Of course, that can be a good thing, but here at Sequential Treasures HQ, we are always doing or planning something for you all.

Today I just wanted to hit on a couple of things. First off, our massive "summer madness sale" is set to end shortly. It's been a unqualified success for us so far and we thank you for your support. The sale ends at 11:59 pm (PST) on Wednesday, so you've only a couple days left to get in on the biggest savings we will be offeruing this year. You know we don't often holds sales and rarely with discounts like this. So, if you've been holding off, waiting for the last minute, the time is now that you should place your order. Just go to our art gallery and pick out what you would like to call your own. Some good stuff has already been taken, but there is still plenty of great stuff available. Hitting The Web: God Play featuring Randy Kintz

In what has been probably the biggest news week Sequential Treasures has had in... oh, I don't know... EVER, I'm back again today with more tidbits for you. This time, it's about a place to see some new webcomic work from our own Randy "Rantz" Kintz.

As I noted a couple weeks ago, Randy is doing some work for the webcomic site called DarkBrain.com right now. Today marked the release of the first couple of pages to a multi-page feature Randy has provided the art for. The story is called "God Play" and is a bit of a departure for Randy on a couple of fronts. First, is the incredible tech and architecture involved in the story. Second , is the mature themes that this story will have (in short, this isn't meant for kids and is NSFW). Just follow the link and check out the first couple pages. The rest will be released over the next coming weeks. And we hope to have Randy's original art from this available shortly after that.

But if you can't wait for that, you can always pick up some of Randy's originals that we currently have, as well as stuff from our other talents, many of whom are currently involved in our massive summer sale (of which, Randy is one). Jason Craig's "horrific" art update debut!

Hey, everyone! Well, we are one week into our massive sale, but that doesn't mean things are just going to coast along around here. I said this was going to be a big week for news and whatnot. And I don't think any news is ever bigger, than when we have fresh new art for sale, unless it also happens to be from a fresh new talent working with us, which this most definitely is!

Making his Sequential Treasures art update debut, is artist Jason Craig. And what we have for you is all 22 pages of art from the first issue of Freddy Vs. Jason Vs. Ash: The Nightmare Warriors, which was a the sequel to the original smash his mini-series. If you like blood and guts style of art, this update will fulfill your craving. As a horror fan myself, I have to say how truly impressed I am at Jason's skills. He manages to be very detailed in his style, yet the art never feels overdone or cluttered (which you can see here in the image shown above). If you are a fan of the classic movie monsters of the 80's, or are simple a horror fan like me, you've got to check this stuff out. Just head on over to our art gallery and treat yourself to a look through the awesomeness of Jason Craig (and then be sure to place your orders).

The much delayed final trade collection to Richard Moore's enormously popular BONEYARD series, published by NBM, will be out this week. This is Vol. 7, which consists on issues #25 through 28 of the series. It's the final storyline (at least, for the time being) when some questions are answered and others are brought to the fore. If you've read any of the previous work on the series, you'll not want to miss out on this one. The humor and character dynamics are in overdrive this time out, as our heroes go dimension hopping to save Michael Paris. Artist Bio: Jason Craig

Hello, my art loving throngs! Well, I've been a bit cryptic and vague about some of the big happenings going on at the Sequential Treasures HQ, teasing you and drawing it out to maximum effect. Well, the time has come to break some of these things to you. So, with much ado, let me inform you all that Sequential Treasures has now become the exclusive art rep for rising comic superstar, artist Jason Craig!

If his name sounds somewhat familiar to you, it will all become very clear, once you read his bio below:

"After attending a comic book convention in 1991 in Chicago, Jason realized his passion was comics. After a hit and miss career over the next 10 years, he finally started working full time in advertising. All of that came to a sudden halt in the winter of 2002.

After an almost fatal crash, a coma, and a hard year of physical rehab, Jason returned to Chicago and landed Grimm Fairy Tales issue #11 for Zenescope. From there began working on the first issue of The Chronicles of Dr. Herbert West (the cover of which is shown here), a series based on the Re-Animator series of horror films, only to be stopped to work on Se7en issue 5 with writer Dave Wohl. Shortly after returning back to the Re-Animator book, he was offered a 6 issue Mini Series of Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash and worked close with the talented writing team of James Kuhoric and Jeff Katz.

Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash was nominated for many awards, one of which was a SPIKE TV Scream Award, and from that success Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash:
Nightmare Warriors concluded the series successfully. Currently he has worked on a story for WOLVERINE #900 for Marvel Comics, various film projects and currently is working on bringing his self published book to life, and the rest is history in the making…"

So, already Jason has become something of a minor star, not only in the world of comics, but also in the world of horror! You can expect big things coming down the pike from Jason and we'll be here to give you all the details. We also hope to have some of Jason's originals up for sale in the near future, as well.

Hey there, my artistic minded fiends! Time to give you the lowdown on some newly published work by one of Sequential Treasures own bevy of talented talents. Unlike the usual, though, this isn't something you can pick up at the local comic shop. No, this time it a new webcomic by our own Randy "Rantz" Kintz.

If you go over to the Dark Brain Comics website, you'll find this fun little piece call "Less Is More" which feature the art of Randy Kintz. But this isn't just a typical webcomic, as there are voice actors speaking the dialogue and much more. I do want to warn you, though, that some of the material found on the site is not meant for kids. So, be advised if you venture there.

Randy Kintz CryptiCon exclusive!

And now, as I promised yesterday, here is the exclusive print that our own Randy "Rantz" Kintz will be offering up at the CryptiCon, this weekend in Seattle!

I have to say upfront, that I was very impressed with this one. Randy is well-known for drawing the sexy ladies, but this is most certainly outside his usual comfort zone. He had a very nice edge to these horror styling and I think it is his best work of 2010 so far! It's really cool to see an artist of Randy's skill and caliber stretching themselves artistically. It is definitely a treat for all of you who go to the show and stop by his table. As with exclusive shown yesterday, this one is also a limited print run, so make sure to get your copy before they are gone.

Hey all! Okay, as promised, I'm back with one of the exclusive pieces you'll be seeing from Sequential Treasures talent at the CryptiCon, this weekend in Seattle.

This one is Ben Hansen's piece. Zombies are always in fashion, no matter what else is out. Ben's always had a great horror vibe to his work and that really shines through in this piece. And not only is this a limited print run piece, which he will be selling at his table, but it also being used as the program cover for the event. How sweet is that? Ben is slowly moving up the ladder and into on e of the best new talents out there. So, if you go to the show, make sure to pick up this print from him, before they are gone.

"Scare" up a good time in Seattle this weekend!

Hey there, my faithful ones! Time once again to give you some info on an upcoming event, involving some of the talent in Sequential Treasures stables.

This weekend, in Seattle, is the pacific northwest's biggest horror convention known as CryptiCon! If you are a fan of horror film and the like, then you will find lots to enjoy there. But for those of you wondering why I bring this up, both Ben Hansen and Randy Kintz will be in attendance there. Each of them, also, has an exclusive new print they will be selling, which was specifically made just for this show. I hope to have some images of them for you, which I'll post up within the next couple of days. I, myself, might be there of Saturday, but only as a guest. So, if you are going to be in the area this weekend, I hope you'll stop by and give your regards to us.

Hitting The Shelves: Chip #2

Hey, everyone! Well, it's been pretty quiet around here of late. Not just with news, but with sales, too. But today, I can certainly change the situation of the former. This Wednesday, at all finer comic shops, you'll be able to pick up Richard Moore's latest offering, Chip #2 from Antarctic Press.

For those not in the know, this mini-series tells the tale of a small stone gargoyle and his desire to be the most scary gargoyle around, even though he's only four inches tall. Very much a story of self-determination and striving for the brass ring. It's all-ages fare, so kids to adults will surely find something to enjoy here, in the concluding issues of the mini-series. In fact, the book has gotten some very good press, like in this review from Troy Mayes at the Seattle Post Intelligencer: "Chip is a hilarious and really fun comic. I was pleasantly surprised when I read it, and I think a lot of other people will be, too. It's just so hard not to fall for the characters and laugh at the brilliant dialogue."

Make sure to look for the cover shown here, when you head out to your LCS tomorrow. And don't forget that we have lots of original art of Richard's up for sale at our art gallery. There's surely something for everyone to be found.

A "super" update of art for sale from Matt Haley!

Hey everyone! Well, as the month of May comes quickly to a close, that means that summer is just around the corner. That leaves little time left for "spring cleaning," but we are squeezing in a small art update from Matt Haley's recent jaunt in doing so.

This time out we have some published pin up pieces, which were used in an Entertainment Weekly story, back sometime in 1997. These are all based on some of the "movers and shakers" in Hollywood. See if you can figure out who they are.

On top of that, we have over a dozen pieces relating to the DC Comics Superman Returns: Official Movie Adaption comic. Most of the pages are published one (although a couple are not) and we even have a couple of character model sheets based on the Clark Kent and Lex Luthor characters in the film (the former of which you can see right here). All of it is priced to move fast! So, if you see something you like, be sure not to waste time and get your order in ASAP! Just head on over to our art gallery and place your order.

The Spokane ComiCon aftermath report!

Hey everyone! Well, I'm back from the Spokane ComiCon this past Saturday. I don't know if any of you were there, but if so I hope you enjoyed yourselves.

The attendance for this year's show was the best on record in the event's four year history. There were plenty of great comics around, both from dealers and creators who happened to be on hand. Our own Randy Kintz and Ben Hansen were there, slinging prints and sketches (I even picked one of the latter up from Randy myself).

Lots of people came dressed up in costumes for the contest they were holding. I don't think I'd see that many people made up since Halloween. I managed to get a couple of snapshots of some of my favorites, along with a couple other con pics, which you can see posted at our Facebook forum.

I handed out some business cards and had some nice chats with folks about comics, art, and just stuff in general. If there was any downer, it was, as always seems the case, a lack of sales. In fact, not one thing sold at my table. Don't let that photo of me above fool you, because while lots of people looked at stuff, no one ever went for their wallets. I'm really at a loss for what else I can do. People don't even want to haggle over the prices. I can't do much, if folks don't even want to talk.

Overall, I'd say I had a good time, although most of that was due to my after show activities, which includes, but isn't limited to, being mistaken for being a member of the band The Bare Naked Ladies (you'll have to talk to me in person, if you want the details on that one).

I don't know if I'll be going to the show next year, given how I've crapped out at making sales for the last two years running. In fact, I'm not sure if I'll do any more shows at all, given the apathetic response I've gotten from the OA fanbase and larger comic community as a whole. Doing shows are not free or cheap for any of us who work them, so when you folks don't spend, you take away a lot of reason for us to go. Just something you all might want to think on.

See Sequential Treasures in Spokane this Saturday!

Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay in posting up more info here, but your humble blogmaster has been dealing with a couple of real personal headaches. First is jury "doodie," which is thankfully done now. Unfortunately, that is due to headache #2, which was having my home broken into and robbed (no worries, no one was injured, as they broke in while no one was home). So, things have been... hectic... the last few days.

Anyway, this Saturday is the Spokane Comicon and Sequential Treasures will be there in force! Not only will I be there, with all the original art we have available in tow, but so will our own Randy Kintz and Ben Hansen! In fact, of the two, Ben also have a new exclusive print he's done for the show, featuring Black Widow vs. Hit Girl, as the ladies from the two biggest superhero films of the year (so far) are poised to throwdown (you can see the full colored piece right here). Inks on this are provided by Levi Skeen (who will also be at the show). But don't wait to long to get one, as the supply is limited to a mere 25 copies of this awesome print! Both of them will also be doing sketches, for a modest fee, as well.

I hope to see some of you there, so make sure to come on down to the show, if you are in the area! I, as well as Randy and Ben, will be glad to meet and greet with you (as well as relieve you of some of the burden of a heavy wallet (heh-heh).

See Randy Kintz at the Motor City Comic Con!

Hey everyone! Sorry to have been lax in getting you more info and news, but not only have things slowed down a bit, but your blogmaster has been bogged down with jury duty (or, as I call it, jury "doodie").

Anyway, If you are going to be in the Novi, MI area the over the next few days, make a point to head over to the Motor City Comic Con! They are not only having a tone of great guests, but Sequential Treasures own Randy "Rantz" Kintz is one of them (surely they are blessed). He'll be found in artist alley, at table 1047 (directly across from Mouse Guard's David Peterson), all three days of the show, so make sure to stop on by and say hello. He'll be doing sketches and have lot of his prints available to buy. He'll even have copies for his Red 5 Comics hits series, DRONE! I don't think you need any more reasons to stop by, do you?

Of course, if you can't make the show, you can always get some original Randy Kintz art from our art gallery (as well as art from our other artists, too). Sales have really slumped off the last couple of months, so there is a lot of great stuff up right now, which is still available to buy. With almost 300 pieces of art for sale from our artists, you certainly have no shortage of stuff to choose from. So, get off those wallets and make a purchase. After all, you can't take your money with you, but great art is something everyone can get enjoyment from!

FCBD aftermath and new Randy Kintz art for sale!

Hey there, my art loving readers! Well, another Free Comic Book Day is in the books. I hope you all had a good one, wherever you were. As for us at Sequential Treasures, we had a blast at our little event in Ellensburg!

Things were quite busy for the first couple hour and last couple hours at Central City Comics. Lots of hustle and bustle. Plenty of free comics were given away and the print of our Iron Man vs. War Machine jam piece by Jason Metcalf and Randy Kintz was a winner. Talked with some really nice folks about comics and comic art, too. The best was this seven year-old boy, who seemed to be an artist in his own right. He shown both Jason and Randy his own art portfolio of work (and for only being 7, I was impressed with what he could do). Randy even hooked him up with a free color head sketch of Batman, which was a winner with him. Both Randy and Jason did pretty well selling their own prints, too, but the demand for sketches was pretty light.

Didn't really make much in the way of art sales here, but I didn't really expect to. It was more about handing out my business cards to folks and getting more people to check out the art of Sequential Treasures talents. The canned food drive to the "Friends In the Service of Humanity" raffle was a major success, as more food was donated than could fit into the barrel for holding it. I even gave a few cans of food myself and was a lucky winner of a Showcase Presents: Strange Adventures Vol. 1 TPB, which is pretty cool. all totalled, over 200 people came to the event (which in a small town like Ellensburg is really good numbers). So, thanks to everyone who came out to help the food drive and make the day a success for all parties involved. I'm looking forward to next year's event already! I got some pictures from the event and will be posting them on our Facebook forum in the next few days, so be sure to keep a watch there for that.

Of course, as a result of slow art sales, there is a benefit to all of you. Randy Kintz had done up a few pieces in anticipation of the event, but none of them sold. So, that now gives all of you the chance to grab them up. Just added to the art gallery are pin up pieces featuring the Spirit, Superman, Spider-Woman and the Black Widow (shown here). All of these are fairly low priced, so I expect them not to last every long. If you didn't get any sketches at your own local FCBD event, or if you didn't get out to one at all, here's your chance to get yourself something connected to it. Just head over to our gallery and choose your piece!

Lastly, in some not so good news, artist Ben Hansen had injured his back a week or so ago. He got an MRI done and it's pretty bad. This is on top of his having recently recovered from some back surgery for a similar problem. It caused him to miss out on doing his FCBD event in Bellingham, as well. So, to help him try to cover the costs this injury is causing him, as well as raise his spirits a bit, I'll be taking 20% off of any piece I have of Ben's in stock right now for the rest of the month. Think of it as an unofficial sale of sorts. Ben is a great guy and a very talented artist, so any help that can be sent his way will be greatly appreciated.

Sequential Treasures celebrates Free Comic Book Day!

Hey there, my faithful fellows! I've returned to give you all the inside scoop on more happenings with Sequential Treasures and her artistic talent. Today, I want to hit you all up with the plans we have for Free Comic Book Day this Saturday.

First off, Randy Kintz and yours truly will be doing a event (along with artist Jason Metcalf) at a local comic shop in Ellenburg, WA called Central City Comics! To get into the spirit of the day, in addition to the free comics that will be on hand, the owner has said they are going to have lots of $1 comics and $10 trade collections available to buy. On top of that, they will be holding a canned food drive for F.I.S.H ( which stands for Friends In Service to Humanity). It's a local food bank, which helps those in need. To sweeten the pot of giving, for every can of food you donate to the cause, you will get a ticket to be entered into a raffle drawing for some awesome prizes, such as a complete set of Lantern color rings from "The Blackest Night" event, as well as gift certificates, and a chance to win an awesome original art jam piece, featuring Iron Man vs. War Machine, which was created by Jason Metcalf and Randy Kintz specifically for this event (I'll have a scan of the image for you all tomorrow, so make sure to come back). There will also be an exclusive print of it available, as well.

As for Sequential Treasures, well, we'll have all our original art on hand to sell (with some discounted prices on some things), as well as Randy Kintz doing sketches, selling his large array of prints, and autographing copies of his hit mini-series Drone. All of this will going on from 12pm to 60 pm (PST). So, if you are going to be in Ellensburg on Saturday, makes sure to stop by and check out all the good times to be had there. Also, our own Ben Hansen will be doing a sketch and autographing event for his local shop Docking Bay 93, in Bellingham , WA, as well. The latest art batch from Richard Moore! Huzzah!

Hello again, my art loving friends and fiends. It is once again time to give you all the lowdown on some great new art made for sale, from the talented minds of Sequential Treasures artistic roster. Today, we have the newest batch of art goodness from Richard Moore.

In this update, we have a couple of complete short stories from Richard's adult themed TPB collection called "Horny Tails"! First off is a tale titled "The Return of Frankenstein," in which you'll see old Frankie and his wife like you never have before. Trust me on this. Then we have a mature tale featuring the characters from Far West, in a story called "Tasty Pretty", where Meg shows us just how bad ass she can be. Both there stories are NSFW, so be sure you can view them without getting in trouble.

As if that weren't enough, we also have the complete pages to Far West: Bad Mojo #2, from the mini-series that came out through Antarctic Press last year (one of which is shown right here). All of these pages are in pencil form only, but that just allows you to marvel at the exquisite amount of detail Richard Moore puts into his work. His pencils are so tight and polished, that you'd almost think to ink them is a crime!

In all, we have 35 new pages of art from Richard, that are now available for purchase and can become YOUR pages. So, what are you waiting for? An invitation? Consider it given and check out all the great new stuff and place your order promptly.

I have to say, I'm very gratified that the new schedule system we've worked out with Richard is going along so smoothly. It makes getting mail a lot more fun, as I can hardly wait to see what he'll be sending me next. I hope all of you have been enjoying the benefits of this, too.

New art from Randy Kintz and Matt Haley for sale!

Hey there, my art loving adherents! Things continue to chug right along here at Sequential Treasures HQ, as we move through the spring of 2010! As flowers and tree being to bloom and bring a new sense of life, it seems only right that we continue that trend and bring you some new art for sale. This time we got the double whammy of Matt Haley and Randy Kintz for all of you!

As Matt continues his "spring cleaning" efforts, we have almost 20 new pages of art for sale, featuring a few pages from issue 8 of the Dark Horse series titled simply "X". This was from a story guest-starring Ghost. See if you can find her in the pages up for grabs. On top of that, we have 15 pages from JSA Classified #26, featuring the scrapper of that super-team, Wildcat! These are priced extremely reasonably, as they are meant to move out quickly.

Then, from Randy Kintz, we have a handful of very cool (and sexy) pin-ups. In this batch we have the likes of Venom, Storm, the Gotham City Sirens (shown here), the female version of Loki and a tribute piece of Witchie Boo (a creation of Randy's artistic brother, Pat Carlucci, who passed away very recently). So, head on over to the gallery and check out the new stuff (and maybe make a purchase with that big, fat tax refund you just got).

Lastly, I wanted to just drop a note of thanks to the couple of you who bought a piece of art from my personal collection. It was greatly appreciated, as it certainly helped get me through my little money crunch much easier. Of course, most of those pieces are still for sale, so if you've been holding off, you still have time to snatch them up for yourself.

When the going gets tough....

Hey, Sequential Treasures fiends! I'm back, but not to talk about any new projects of appearances by ST or her artists. No, today I have something else to talk about.

You know I've made no secret of the fact that while I love hitting the con circuit and meeting some of you out there, that the expenses of doing so never seem to be off-set by the in-take from such ventures. Well, as a result, it seems I'm in a bit of a "cash crunch" here. Now, normally, I'd not want to burden you with such things, but this is something that could have a drastic effect on my ability to keep Sequential Treasures running at full-throttle, as I have been trying to do.

As always, it is sales that are necessary to change things. However, since it isn't fair of me to heap this onto our very awesome artistic stable of talent, I can't ask them to put up their art to help close this gap. So, I'm biting the bullet and offering up to you, our loyal minions, a few choice pieces from my own personal collection. Tough times calls for tough measures, or so they say. So, please, check out what I've put up for sale to you all. We have original pages, from names like John Buscema, Herb Trimpe (shown here), Dick Dillin, Don Heck, and Dave Cockrum, as well as a few sexy pin up pieces featuring the White Queen, the Black Queen and Ms. Marvel. So, as you can see, there is some really nice stuff up for grabs. If you see something you like, shoot me an offer. I think you'll find I'm pretty fair-minded on such things. Or, of course, you can just place an order for some of the great art our artists currently have available at our art gallery.

Matt Haley at Norwescon this weekend!

And the Sequential Treasures train just keeps chugging along, with more news an info to bring all of you comic art lovers out there.

Today I get to inform you that Sequential Treasures resident superstar, Matt Haley, will be at Norwescon 33 this weekend. This is the Pacific Northwest's premiere sci-fi and fantasy convention. It is being held at the DoubleTree Hotel Seattle Airport, in SeaTac, WA. Matt will be there doing sketches and the like from 2pm to 6 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday. If you are in the neighborhood, make sure to stop by and check in with him. To get the full guest list and other info on the show, just head over to their website.

And also, don't forget all the new art for sale from Matt, that we just put up at our art gallery. Hitting The Shelves: Drone #4

And we're back again, my faithful ones, with more news and info on the artistic talents to be found at Sequential Treasures.

Today, it's all about Randy "Rantz" Kintz! In all finer comic shops tomorrow, is Drone #4 from Red5 Comics. This is the concluding chapter to the mini-series, about a group of young hackers, who find themselves caught up in a web of warfare and danger, when they take control of a government fighting machine known as a "drone." The mini-series, as well as randy, has been getting some very nice reviews, including this one, from SciFi Pulse.Net:

"I like the art by Randy Kintz, particularly when the hackers Mark, David, and Phil are looking through the eyes of the robots." - Wayne Hall

Just be looking for the cover image shown here at your local comic dealer. Don't miss out on the final chapter of this well-received series.

And if your local shop happens to be the Comic Evolution in Puyallup, WA, then please make sure to stop in there on April 3rd, as Randy Kintz, along with fellow artists Clayton Crain and Jason Metcalf, will be on had for an in-store signing session. Hitting The Shelves: Battle Amongst The Stars

Hey there, everyone! Well, it's that time again, to let you know about some new comic product that will be found at your local comic shop this week, which features the peerless talents of Sequential Treasures artistic stables.

Coming out this Wednesday, is Roger Corman Presents: Battle Amongst The Stars from Bluewater Comics. This mini-series, which is a prequel tale from Corman's classic sci-fi film "Battle Beyond The Stars," features the pulse-pounding artistry of our own Ben "1314" Hansen. This marks Ben's first comic release in 2010, but hopefully it will translate to more. I also know that Bluewater has gotten a bad rep in the press recently, for non-payment of their talent. But I would still urge you to pick up this book, as not doing so will hardly result in the creators seeing any money. Just look for the cover art shown here, when you pick up your weekly stash.

Also, to help celebrate the book's release, Ben will be doing a signing session at The Docking Bay 93 in Bellingham, WA, from noon to 5 pm (PST) on Wednesday. If you will be in the area at that time, make sure to stop in and get your copy autographed. You might even be lucky enough to get a sketch from old "1314" himself. A good time is sure to be had by all.
