Where everybody knows your (screen)name!

Hello, my faithful minions of comic artistry! Today I want to let you all know that, in an effort to stay current (or, at least, not lag any farther behind) and give you all someplace to gather, we've started a Sequential Treasures Forum on Facebook.

This will be a place where you can not only get updates and info on what's happening with all things Sequential treasures, but can more fully interact with us (and each other), to bring a greater sense of community and cooperation. Both Randy Kintz and Ben Hansen are members, along with your illustrious blogmaster, so you will now have the chance for asking questions, express your thoughts on comic art, and get to know more about the fine folks who make us this madcap bunch. I'm also adding this new forum to our link list on the sidebar, as well.

I hope you will all join us there, as your input is very important, not to mention valuable, to us. As for this blog, I will still continue to post info updates, for those of you who are not into the social networking thing. This is just another way we are reaching out to bring you better service and more information.

That's all for now. I'll be back with more juicy tidbits on things coming up soon, as the convention season is almost upon us. Until then, peace out!

A fresh deal, for a fresh new year!

Happy 2010 to you all, my faithful ones! A new year brings with it a sense of hope and opportunity, as a new beginning usually does and it is no different for us here at Sequential Treasures. Our little holiday break was just the ticket to help us recharge and regroup to make this year even better than the last one. So, in an effort to kick off the new year right, and with the full support and blessings of our artistic stable of talent, we are giving you the chance to grab up some art at a discounted price.

Randy Kintz is going to lower his price on the Batman and Justice League pin ups, from $250.00 to $175.00 respectively. In addition to that, all the art in the published pin-ups room will be discounted $20.00 per piece from the listed price. Some nice bargains to be had on an artist who is only growing better as time goes by.

Not to be outdone, both Richard Moore and Chris Ivy both have decided to drop 20% off all the art I have in stock from them right now. Everything by them, from covers, to pages, to pin-up, is now 20% off! Certainly a nice way to ring in the new year, I must say!

All of this will be running from Jan. 2nd (beginning at 12:01 am PST) through Jan. 10th (until 11:59 pm PST). So, don't delay in placing those orders, as there is only a very limited time to get in on these first great savings for 2010.

That's all for now. But keep tuned in here for more, as I have some things in the works for this year that you will be hearing about very soon, including shipments of new art, a schedule of shows we'll be attending and even some new talent joining the ST family. You don't want to miss staying informed, so make sure to check in here as often as you can. I really am planning to make 2010 superior to 2009! So, until next time, peace out!

Getting my blogging feng shui on!

No, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you. You haven't headed off into the "Twlight Zone," either. If you came looking for the blog for Sequential Treasures, you are most definately in the right place. But, as all things usually do in our modern society, I decided to make some changes to it. Just another business-minded choice to shake things up and drum up some interest.

As those of you who aren't newbies can tell, I've added a link list, some video clips, a listing of all the label tags I've used so far and a polling feature. On top of that, I went with a different visual style for the blog. It was actually quite fun and shows that changes don't have to be scary. I'm just trying to inject more enjoyment for those who stop on in. Hopefully, I'm succeeding.

I hope those of you who've been coming here enjoy the changes and find them useful (I really hope you folks will answer the poll question, too). To those of you who are stopping by for the first time, I hope you like what you see and will be watching here regularly.

As always, I'm very interested in feedback, so make sure to let me know what you think of the changes here, either in the comments section or by email. I'll be back very soon with more comic art related news and info. Until then, peace out!

Because I haven't cornered the market on knowledge....

Hello, my fellow comic art lovers! This time out I wanted to do something a little bit different. So far, it has been me doing all the talking and all the writing around here. But one of the reasons I started this blog, was to have a place for all of you to give me your thoughts on things. Well, consider this an official invitation. I want to know what you think about Sequential Treasures up to this point.

Please use the comments section on this entry as your own personal "suggestion box." Let me know what your thoughts on things are. Is there something I'm not doing, that I should? Or something I am doing, that I should stop? What are the things you like about this service and what are things that need improving? What is it you would like from me and this endeavor? What can I do to make things better for you, and make you more interested than you already are? Let me know. I don't pretend to have all the answers here, and your input can only help me get a better idea of where I'm going and what direction I should be looking in next. I really want to know your feelings on things.

Remember, a business can only improve if the clientele speak up. So, let your voices ring out and be heard. I am most certainly willing to listen to all you have to say and give it the consideration it deserves. Until next time, peace out!
